As I whispered those words, a small picture appeared inside the globe. It looked like a palace surrounded by piles and miles of snow.
"Is that where he makes his toys?" Jamie smiled and nodded. I was mesmerized by its beauty.
"What are we waiting for? Let's go!" He suddenly shouted in my ear. I winced a bit but still managed to smile.
"How do we go through?" He grabbed the globe and threw it on the floor, the globe shattered upon contact with the floor. My eyes went wide as I was about to ask why he did so.
Out of nowhere, a big portal flashed the image of North's workshop but then it vanished, forming a colorful swirl. Without a second thought, Jamie pushed me through.
My mind went blank for a minute. I felt nauseous and I wanted to vomit. I stopped spinning and fell on my back on a hard surface. My eyes were closed and I could hear voices.
"I swear to heck Jamie! If you dare to push me through a magic portal again, I will PERSONALLY shove a bunch of Christmas lights down your gullet!!!" I opened my eyes to be met with a bunch of other pairs.
Brown ones, Green ones, Purple ones, Yellow ones and Baby Blue ones. I freaked a bit and still manage to crack a smile.
