I'm freaking out right now, I can't even type...
WATCH! JUST WATCH!!! I already have several theories, which y'all probably don't want to hear, since you MAY NOT HAVE (but you better have already) watched the trailer, but whatever.
SPOILERS!!!
1!) Kylo becomes good! Hints; the scene where he picks up the new light saber but does not ignite it, and the split second where he destroys the helmet.
2!) Luke stops training Rey after she "explores" and reads teachings from the Journals of the Whills, which Luke purposely hid from her.
3!) Kylo and Rey either form a master/apprentice relationship, or decide to start their own order of "grey jedi" who follow neither the light or dark side of the force. Hint; scene where Rey tells Kylo "I need someone to show me my place in all this."
4!) Rey and Kylo are related! Hint; Luke says that he has only seen so much power in one person before and he wasn't afraid of it enough.
5!) Rey is captured by/surrenders to Snoke and is tourtured/converted to the dark side. :'(
6!) Rey willingly agrees to let Kylo teach her about the dark side of the force and becomes a Knight of Ren.
7!) Kylo kills Leia during a space battle. Hint; Scene switching between Kylo and Leia in cockpit/bridge showing targeting computer.
8!) Finn goes undercover in the First Order, part of a secret mission to rescue Rey from Snoke. Hint; shot of him in Imperial uniform, duel against Captain Phasma.
9!) There will be a battle between Luke and Kylo/flametroopers. Hint; scene where Kylo and Flametroopers walk into a cave similar to the one holding the Journals of the Whills, possibly on Ach-too?
10!) Leia wants to share a secrete with Rey or confront Kylo, but is discouraged by Luke.
Woah, I did not plan to go full-on rant, sorry! I've just been waiting for this since MAY for goodness sake! I came home from dance and my brother is like, oh and they showed the official trailer for The Last Jedi during halftime of the Vikings game. Then I start fangirling, and my little sisters all want to know what is going on! Once I finally got the trailer up on youtube, my sister wants why blank is doing blank, and so on... Jeeze, I should really finish my homework, sorry for ranting, and this is totally a run-on sentence! Sorry!
