Her Silence Broken
Days went by very fast and things changed for Dayse once their little sister Brenda hit the age of 18.
They lived off the pack lands, but the family can blame her as she had a confrontation with a dangerous she-wolf when she herself was 17. That she-wolf named Samanatha threatened not only her life but her family's as well.
In the end they all moved seeing not one of the pack leaders either believed her nor helped stop the dangerous she-wolf from threatening her again.
So her whole family left the pack lands, renouncing their ties to the pack and even her father placed a call to Council and reported Samanatha for dangerously being out of control with the pack leaders knowledge. Dayse had recorded the last threat she received and her father sent that off as proof.
They all moved closer to the University their older brother and sister were going to at the time. Dayse ended up going as well, leaving Brenda going to a high school in the area which she happened to love.
Now that Brenda graduated high school, their parents decided that Brenda needed to find her true mate. They were taking her to Council first to have her exams and all her shots updated before starting on a tour of the packs.
Neither Raymond, Heather or Dayse herself was ever been given that opportunity. Since they lived close enough to Council, her brother Raymond after graduating University, settled at Council to be trained as a Council Warrior.
That left Heather, Dayse and Brenda living at home once their older brother left first. Heather quickly decided to take the opportunity to head overseas to England as she had a terrific offer to transfer to the Academy there for a year.
Dayse who was still in University, stayed at home alone while the others all split up and went their own ways.
So Dayse was left at home alone as she attended University on her own. She was the one that was left in charge of the house where they lived.
When Raymond left it was the middle of May right after he graduated. Heather slipped away overseas at the beginning of June to settle in overseas early. Then their parents took Brenda off in the middle of August leaving Dayse all alone in the house.
So by the start of September, she was geared up for classes, having to make sure the house was secure each day before she headed to her classes.
She ended up having to do the shopping, had to pay the bills, and water and mow the grass outside. Let alone take out the trash.
Then when her car broke down, she had to have it towed and taken to a mechanic. She ended up having to use Heather's car in the mean time.
By then it was the middle of October, she soon learned from the mechanic that her brake line had been tampered with.
She called Raymond once getting that information. When her brother showed up he wasn't alone as he brought his fellow trainee Warriors. They talked to the mechanic for her who went over the whole car with them explaining what he found.
When she pulled up to the house, the lot was full. She saw her car was brought back, the bill had been paid by council and when they walked up to her, the trainees all froze.
She left the car running, got out and said yeah, Heather's car is acting up too now. They ended up all gathered around the car.
She passed the buck as she looked at Raymond and said you will not believe it. She pulled out her phone and played the recording as she didn't look at the others.
