I couldn't help but stare at her at the feast yesterday. And I got worried when she didn't show up at dinner today, I had scanned all the tables but she was nowhere to be seen. Why did I even care? I didn't even know her name or her age, and she was just a student.
I plopped down in my bed and lit a cigarette. It was a bad habit and I'd told everyone I'd stopped, but I needed to relax.

Why didn't she show up though? Had something happened? Was she with a boy? Detention? Shut up Remus. Stop thinking about her.

I looked over to the clock at my nightstand. Half past twelve. I'd wasted nearly three hours thinking about that girl, I needed to sleep.
Maybe she was still scared of the dementor? How long had she been standing there alone in the dark with that dementor before I came? She had looked so frightened and alone, all I wanted to do was to hold her in my arms and tell her it was all going to be okay.

Seriously, you need to stop thinking about her and get some sleep.

The only reasonable thing to do would be to be strict with the curly haired girl, not show any emotions. What emotions are you even talking about? And throw that disgusting cigarette away.
"I don't know." I filled my lungs with the deadly smoke, throwing the cigarette in my ashtray before I turned my head to the talking clock on my nightstand. Exhaling smoke at it with my middle finger up to show it I didn't give f#ck, before closing my eyes and drifting to sleep.

I did in fact give a f#ck though, dying of smoking cigarettes wasn't really something to brag about to Sir Nicholas.

Hey, finally a new update! I'm so sorry it took so long, life's been busy.
And I know people may feel like nothing ever happens between Lupin and Solange, but that's because I didn't want her to jump his D on the first day of school. She is Humble after all ;)
