Lara Jean's POV
I wake up on Saturday morning with a huge grin on my face. It's love letter from Peter K today! We've been in college for a few months now, still not used to being apart.

I go check my mail, and there it is, like it is every Saturday morning. I tear it open (being careful to not rip the letter, obviously). I start to read the letter.

        Dear Lara Jean,
I miss you everyday. I miss having you at games. I miss not being able to kiss you whenever I want to. I miss being able to hug you after a bad day. I miss you. The college here is great and I hope you are having fun (not too much fun though :)). I knew this wasn't going to be easy, but I would do anything for you, Covey. I love you to death. You JUST HAVE to come to one of my games sometime though!!! I'm the best player on the team (obviously, haha). I love you, always and forever.
                                Love,
                                   Peter.

I laugh at his second to last sentence. He's so cocky, but I love him. I really can't wait to see him on Winter Break!!

I'm making cookie dough when I hear a knock on my door. I figure it's just my roommate, who probably forgot her keys. I look through the peephole and see nothing, so I just walk away. I hear another knock, and just open it. I walk out into the hallway, turn, and scream.

"God, Peter! Don't scare me like that!"

He's laughing his head off, and I try to keep a straight face, but it's hard to looking at Peter smile. Sometimes I still can't believe that he's mine. I don't know what I would do without him.

"Sorry Covey." He says between laughs.

"I'm gonna kill you." I narrow my eyes, playfully, and once he sees what I'm doing, he does the same. He runs in and flys to the couch. I press play on the show I'm watching, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

"Oh I remember watching this!" He exclaims.

He's referring to when we watched movies that either he hadn't seen, I hadn't seen, or neither of us had seen.

I continue making my dough when he turns around, sniffing the air.

"Is that cookie dough?"

"Maaayybee"I said exaggerating the 'maybe', with a huge smile on my face. I see Peter has a huge smile on his face too.
