"How dare you? I thought we were friends! Closer than that, actually. Do you have any ounce of emotion in you?!" Fuller yelled in utter disbelief as to what is happening. Who can blame him? All of this came out of nowhere. You could still see the loss in his eyes.

Her eyes, that were now a dark shade of red, glimpsed down at the blond haired boy. As I looked into them, I saw no life. No mercy. Not even a soul. They were only full of greed and selfishness. You could tell she doesn't care for others around her, as long as she's safe, why bother, right? She began to grin a little, as if to show no concern for any of us. Not even her fellow clan mates. She isn't who she used to be, there's no way. It's hard to believe someone like this even exists. Here. Someone who I believed was a friend.

"Please.. Don't do this... There has to be another way." I begged and pleaded. "Is this really what you want to do? Fuller isn't a threat to us!"

"Would you like to join him, Ezra? Are you also a traitor to us?" She glared down at me with eagle eyes, like spears stabbing at my heart repeatedly.

I stayed silent for a bit, wondering if any of this was even worth it anymore. Was Fuller worth me risking my life? My biggest secret being revealed?

"Yes. If it means I can save him." I said without hesitation. "I can't believe you're ready to just throw your own clan mates out on the streets just to save yourself."

She chuckled a bit, showing she took my opinion as nothing more than a grain of salt. "Fine." Were the only words that left her mouth.
