Jimin's POV
"I want to apologize for the mess." Taehyung says as we stare at the disastrous kitchen.
"O-Oh..." I can't help but stare, eyes wide at the huge mess. Flys buzz all around and dishes fill the sink and tower high above the counter.
"I'll be happy to help you out, if you want." Taehyung says gently.
"I don't know if that's such a good idea." Namjoon suddenly butts in. "The closest thing Tae has ever seen to a mop is that haircut of his, and I don't think that he'll be much help."
Taehyung blushes in embarrassment, however, I'm quick to assure them that I can do the job myself.
"Don't worry about it!" I say, smiling widely at them. "I can do it myself!"
"Jungkook and I have to go out today as well, but we should be back by noon." Namjoon explains.
"Great! I'll have lunch ready when you come back."
"You're truly a dear, Jimin." Namjoon smiles as he walks up the stairs.
"Well," Taehyung mumbles. "I suppose if you don't need my help, I'll go out too."
"Wonderful! I'll have everything done when you return!"
I walk Taehyung to the door and wave goodbye as he begins his journey down a dirt path. A second later I walk to the laundry room where I grab a rag to tie onto my hair to keep it out of my face as I work. (Yes, Jimin's hair is really that full)
"What was I thinking?" I ask myself as I stare at the mess for the second time. I'm gonna be here all day and night..."But never mind that! I'll have it done in a flash!" I shout as I roll up my sleeves and begin to take all the trash out.
~2 Hours Later~
"Ah~" I sigh and take the rag from my hair. "That wasn't so bad." I say with a smile as I begin to set the table with side dishes.
"Oh...Mr. Park," Taehyung gasps as he steps into the kitchen. "If I didn't know better, I would've thought I walked into the wrong house." He smiles at me and stops by the counter. "Since when do we have a rice cooker?"
"I found it in the trash!" I smile. "Anyways, lunch is ready!"
As we kneel down across from each other, I begin to wonder where Jungkook and Namjoon are.
"I wonder where those two are?" Taehyung asks quietly, reading my mind.
"Oh, I uh...I don't know. They said they would be back by now."
"Shame on them..." Taehyung mumbles as he begins to pick at the side dishes. "It's rude to let such a wonderful meal go to waste."
I'm about to speak when the door suddenly bursts open.
"Jungkook come back!" Namjoon shouts, stomping after Jungkook.
"No! You just like jerkin' me around like that! You think it's funny!"
"No I don't-Okay it was a little funny...but I did it for your own good, Jungkook!"
"Go away!"
"Oh, Jungkook. I made lunch, are you hungry?" I ask.
"NO I'M NOT!" Jungkook shouts as he slams the door to the dining room closed.
"Jungkook that's no way to speak to Jimin! And stop slamming doors! A-And take off your shoes!!" Namjoon shouts after Jungkook.
When Jungkook doesn't answer, Namjoon takes it as a sign that he can sit down and start eating.
"Oh, Namjoon. This is the first time I've seen you in a suit." I note. "It looks good on you."
