We jumped the fence carefully. I thought for awhile and decided to hide in Death mountain. I found my favorite cave and led my
horse in. Reaching into a bag, I pulled out a lantern and lit it.

Looking around went farther in and took a right turn. There was a small stall there as always. I put my mare in the stall and lay down. It has been so long since I last prayed. So I looked up and told God all about my worries.

I awoke to the sound of voices. Oh no, I thought and grabbed my horse by the bridle, leading her deeper into the cave. A officer said: Are you sure mam that your daughter ran away. Yes my mother replied. The school said she didn't arrive. The officer replied she could have been kidnapped

I turned around and slowly lead my horse to the end of  the cave, where there was an opening. I jumped up on her back and trotted down the hill into the dark horizion. At the bottom we went into a gallop. Our next stop was my riding instructors house. We had to stay one step ahead of them.
