Two Years Later

It had been a while and surprisingly I was still free from Harry's clutches. I've been living on the isle by myself for two long stressful years.

I chose to stay in my friend's old hideout. But unfortunately I also needed to eat and actually live.

There wasn't much to do except scavenge for food and run everytime I  caught a glimpse of Harry's red jacket and silver hook.

It was awful, it felt as though he had been stalking me, as though he knew where I was and was just waiting for the right moment to pounce. By doing so had made me more paranoid than ever.

It had been two years since Harry had started gaining his crew and his reputation of being a cold hearted maniac spread through the isle like a deadly disease.

I wasn't the only one who feared him. Many did, simply because they knew what he was capable of.

I hadn't witnessed anything myself, but word gets around fast around here, turns out Harry had gotten more violent and cruel since I last saw him. Meaning his hands weren't exactly the cleanest, if you catch my drift.

If you didn't than allow me to enlighten you: he killed someone. And yes many had on this island. With curses, swords etc.

But Harry enjoyed it, took his sweet time carving someone to shreds with his hook, hearing the screams of an innocent person as though it was music to his ears.

He quickly became one of the most feared villain kids on the island after that.

Today, at the break of dawn I made my way into the market, hoping to get a little bite to eat before I went back home.

No one was around with it being so early and the food was there for the taking. I didn't wait around, grabbing a few bits of fruit that seemed decent enough to eat and tried hard not to stray.

I bumped into someone on my way back, my heart pounding in my chest. I looked up and was relieved that it wasn't Harry.

But it was still a pirate. A pirate who knew of me, but hadn't seen my face since I was a child. Gil. I hoped he wouldn't remember me.

"You look familiar." He stated, a confused yet happy expression on his face. Oh no.

I frowned, feigning my reaction

I frowned, feigning my reaction. "I seriously doubt that... Bye." I pushed passed him before he could get a better look, than began to run as his mind clicked.

"Wait! You're her! Vixy!" He yelled, causing my stomach to churn. "Harry's gonna love this!" He ran off, heading off in the opposite direction.

I immediately decided not to go home, and changed direction, I wasn't stupid, there was no way in hell I'd ever be able to come back here at least not right away.
