Peter's POV
I took Phoenix to the compound. She laid in the med bay. She was so still. She looked dead but I heard the steady beeps of the heart monitor. I couldn't believe that this was happening. Why her? Why did she have to get hurt...?
It has been a couple of hours and she still hasn't woken up... UGH! I guess we are still playing the waiting game...
*1 week later*
Still nothing. Everyone is really worried. Even Bruce doesn't know what is happening. She might be in a coma but we don't know for sure.
*2 weeks later*
*Phoenix wakes up screaming and crying*
OMG! SHE IS AWAKE. Omg she's screaming. I immediately run over and hold her in my arms. The others rush in and she starts to settle down.
We give her food and water. She then explained that she died while in her coma which caused her to scream when she woke up.
I didn't care though. All I cared about was her being alive and safe.
Who knows what will happen next...
Now it's the waiting game all over again.
