When Jason slid into the chair next to him with that sly smirk of his painted on his face, Nico immediately knew something was going to go horribly wrong. Specially considering his bad habit of actually listening to Jason's crazy stuff, it was the price of being a good friend.

"What do you want, Grace?" He asked, his usual frown deepening.

The blond raised his eyebrows obnoxiously and the Italian already knew it was even worse than he had thought. "I heard that your boy crush likes bad boys"

"Jason, no."

"Seriously!" He insisted. "I specifically heard Austin, his freaking brother, say "Will likes bad boys". You totally have a chance, Nico"

Nico rolled his eyes, no, he did not have a change. While he did have the looks and the brooding stare, Nico was by no means what you would call a bad boy. Bad boys get into fights and slack in class, they disrespect teachers and smoke in the bathroom and skip class just because. Meanwhile, he was the complete opposite. While he could beat the crap out of anyone any day he never looked for trouble, he was that one kid who befriended teachers and did all of his work. The smell of cigarette smoke gave him nausea and the only times he had skipped class were because he was too busy having panic attacks and normal stuff like that. He was no bad boy, he was a dork in a leather jacket.

"As if" He scoffed.

"What?" Jason asked. "Just go to Will with all your bad boy attire and he'll be swooning on your feet, I assure you"

"You're crazy"

"C'mon Nico, you've been pining after him for like three months"

"Two months and three weeks" He corrected his friend.

"It's time for you to step on your game"

Nico frowned and then scoffed, why did he ever listened to Jason again?

He walked into his Latin class and instantly spotted Will Solace, how could he not? With that yellow mop of hair of his, it was like wearing a neon sign on his head. He took a deep breath and walked toward the boy, Nico was so going to regret this, and he was totally going to blame Jason.

"Hey" He said with what he hoped was a sexy smirk.

"Hey" Will said back, looking up from the book he was reading.

"So, I heard you like bad boys," Will raised a brow.

"Yeah, I do. Why?"

Nico swears he had something planned to say, something hot and badass that would make Will fall for him or.. or something, Nico wasn't the best at this, give him a break. But then Will just had to go and be all cute and smile just enough for his dimples to show and his hair just looked so dam soft and his freckles so kissable and Nico panicked, okay?

"Good, because I'm bad at everything." He said instead and froze instantly. Meanwhile Will stared at him for a few seconds before breaking into a fit of laughter.

"Shit" Nico cursed. "I'm sorry, that was so not what I was going to say, I, uh.."

Will calmed down just enough to say a few words. "No, no, it's okay. Gosh that was so cute. What's your name?"

Nico raised his brows in surprise. What? "N–Nico. Nico Di Angelo"

"And I'm Will Solace, but I suppose you already knew that" He introduced himself while standing up. Nico nodded.

The golden boy took his hand and smiled at him. "Well, baddie. How about we meet for a coffee later? I'll judge if you're really that bad at everything.

Nico blushed and managed to stutter an affirmation. He hated the fact that Jason had indirectly gotten him a date.
