I'm Sorry

"Get the hell out of my face Jinyoung! Don't you even dare set foot near me after what I just saw in my bed with that skank all over you not even 5 minutes ago! And to think, I was trying to be a good girlfriend and pop in early from work to say hi and I love you." Her chest trembling as she struggles to hold the anger in, Lily watches as Jinyoung tried to figure out how to reply to her.

"First off, she meant nothing. Second, I do love you. It was just a moment of weakness. I felt abandoned...I didn't think you would be home yet....but..." Jinyoung starts to say before Lily holds her hand up in disbelief, cutting his words off.

"If you loved me, you wouldn't have even entertained the thought of her. Bullshit excuse on the abandonment, I've done NOTHING but be supportive of you and your dreams. And to think, I was going to ask you to move in with me today. Ugh, just leave!!" Tears flowing freely down her cheeks as her shoulders slumped sadly forward as she watched him pack the clothes he did have at her place and throw them into a duffel bag.

"Lily, please listen to me for just one moment. I'm sorry that it even came to this point. I'm an asshole for breaking your heart and stupid for possibly losing the love of my life for a stupid fling." Dropping the bag down by her feet, Jinyoung unexpectedly hugged Lily tight and nuzzled his face into her neck, trying to hide the sobs that were starting to come out of him.

Lily was frozen in place for a moment. How would she even try to reply to him? Her heart wanting to cave in, but her brain telling her not to fall for it. How do you tell the one person you truly love that it's over because of his mistakes?
