"No fair. You really know how to make me cry when you give me those ocean eyes."

I had turned on Colby's post notifications after finding out he had followed me back. I realized that he loved live streaming so his periscope was connected to his Twitter. I didn't really understand the whole live streaming crave, never really getting into it. I was too afraid of a slip up of something that could ruin me.

When Colby tweeted out to his good amount of 20 thousand followers that he'd be live streaming, I wasn't the only one excited. In thirty minutes Colby would be live streaming.  I'd be able to see those blue eyes in action. Those beautiful blue eyes.

As the time passed, I began to get nervous from excitement. Biting my lip, I refreshed his Twitter for the tweet of his live stream.

About ten refreshes later, his phone buzzed and a new tweet popped up.

Colby_Brock:

Join my live!! :D

I immediately clicked the link that came with the tweet and was met with a problem. I didn't have a periscope account. I frowned. I made my account, trying to go quick.

After several attempts of a username, I got in and searched for Colby's live. He seemed to be pretty popular on here which leads me to question why he had his Twitter on private...

As his live started, I saw that he was standing in what looked like his living room. His phone seemed to be perched up on a ring light as his eyes reflected a light halo around the pupils.

He saw Colby was reading the comments that were popping up and heard him give out a chuckle. My heart sped up. My throat closed up and my mouth went dry. I need to hear that again. "Hello everyone!" I heard the boy say, his confidence radiating around him and circulating through my speakers.

I bit my bottom lip and decided to send out a comment, hoping it wouldn't get buried in the endless amounts of comments. I had no idea what to send, so I sat there with my fingers resting on the keyboard.

I heard the music in the background and immediately recognized it. "Nice music choice, you like Russ?" I sent it out and waited. I had no idea if Colby was going to see it.

A few seconds pass and I hear Colby muttering as he read a comment. I see his eyes light up and he nods excitedly, "I love Russ. His music is amazing. Especially Pull The Trigger. It's what I dedicate to my haters. Not literally though, I don't want to anyone to actually hurt themselves. It just a big fuck you y'know?"

My heart stopped. He saw my comment. I listened excitedly and nodded when I understood what he was trying to say. I felt tingles shoot through me when the curse word just tumbled from his tongue with no hesitation, no worry. I bit my lip as I typed out another response. "Understandable. I get it, I make videos on YouTube and hate is very prominent on there. I tend to ignore them though, I focus on the good rather than the bad."

I sat and waited. Colby was answering another question about if he was gonna move back to his original hometown which I had missed the name of.

"Oh! You're a YouTuber! What's a YouTuber doing on a streamers live? We're rivals!" Colby laughed. I smiled brightly.

"Thought I'd drop by. Saw you were live and had nothing better to do. Pretty entertained so far! XD" Play it cool, Sam.

A few seconds pass. "Well I'm glad you're entertained." I saw Colby go out of view for a moment before coming back with his laptop and setting it on a ledge that was also in view. "What's your channel by the way?"

My breath hitched. Did I really want him to see my shitty content? I bit my lip and questioned myself for a good few seconds before typing it out anyone. "Sam Golbach."

I then heard the typing of keys. "Oh! I've seen you before! Around the city a few times. You live in LA, right? Outside of Hollywood?"

"Yeah! I've seen you too. I just found your Twitter and decided to follow."

"Cool. I'm gonna subscribe by the way. You've no choice." Colby chuckled.

And that's where our conversation ended. I radiated of happiness. My mood being lifted from damn near nothing all the way to a whopping one hundred.

As time passed, the stream ended with a small goodbye followed by a wave. I sighed and closed my laptop, my eyes hurting from the strain of the bright laptop and dark room.

My mind wondered back to Colby.

I then realized, I needed to make better content now. Something that I'll enjoy making. I bit my lip and grabbed the SD card that held the shitty vlog footage I was going to upload the other day. I'm a few days off schedule so I sent out a Tweet apologizing for not uploading and that I'll upload next week. I hooked up the SD card into my laptop then deleted all the footage.

I need to do something better, something I'll enjoy.

I smile as I close my laptop again and sit back. Tiredness took over me and my eyes slipped shut.
