chapter 3- I hate life

The 5th period was finally over and it was time for lunch. I quickly packed my stuff and ran out of class.......
Before I could make it to the hallway. I saw something familiar, Laura was walking to her locker and the janitor was walking past her with a big box full of cleaning equipment and suddenly I felt or knew that Laura was going to hit the box and she did, she started screaming like a mad person "my outfit is ruined!",the cleaning liquids fell on her. It was hilarious! Everyone started laughing including me, she stood up and ran out of the crowd " fuck you guys!" she said "fuck you too" someone behind me said. I turned back and saw Nathan, Nathan was my closest friend out of everyone I know the only one who kind of knew how I felt and tried to share in my pain. "Hi"I said with a wide smile, one I only gave Nathan, he reached out to me to give me a hug " Hi depressed freak " , yes I'm a depressed freak. Nathan was was a full package he had the looks he had dark black,long hair that swept over his face,he had a fair complexion better than Jace to admit, he had the perfect blue eyes and the cutest smile ever and his body was the one. He was also the leader of the soccer team and he had power over all the members including the captain,he was that good in soccer and it got him a scholarship into Yale. Now you guys are probably wondering how I know the popular people in school, well when we were younger they were just ordinary like me, we were so close to the extend we shared so many secrets,some I even forgot.

"Are you gonna release me from the hug or?" Nathan said "oh right,sorry" hugging Nathan made me feel better his body was so warm and comforting and his cologne was perfect... "You need to get out of your thoughts for once,let's crab lunch together.", " I'd love to but I already made plans with Jace", "you two a thing?" "No"..... " not yet",I mumbled, "what?" "Nothing" I said "okay let's at least walk to the cafeteria together", " cool" I followed behind him.

Walking into the cafeteria since Nathan is a popular he sits with Kimberly and Jace and the rest of the populars,but I could not spot Jace at the table so he went further on ahead of me.I usually sit alone in the corner since I was not popular and I hate being around human beings. Finally I spotted Jace taking a spoon from the meatball specials and Kimberley was not there so I was okay. I started making my way towards him but suddenly I got caught up in my thoughts "what if it's all just a prank, maybe he wants to humiliate me?", but I pushed them to the back of my head as I reached up to him, I am very naive, he better not humiliate me....
"Um,hey Jace,I'm here" probably the worst thing to say stupid me. "Oh yeah,I see you there, grab a tray" I grabbed a tray maybe this isn't that bad although almost the whole cafeteria is staring at me.......

After lunch Jace walked with me to our next class,Math although in this period I didn't sit with him since we were partnered up. Nathan was my partner and we worked pretty good together, he was a Math genius, besides being a player, yes he was actually the real deal in our senior year, I saw Jace as the hottest guy since he's my crush, every girls way of drooling over a guy......

"Bye, I enjoyed it,see you after school" he said, after school? Um I hope he knows he's taken "Sure,bye" probably the wrong thing to say I hope Nathan won't mind me riding with Jace for today. Anyways he'll probably be busy dumping another girl to notice me. Nathan was rich he's dad owned a mine, while he's mom owned a oil company one can probably figure out how his parents met.

Math

"stop drawing in my book and concentrate!", " chill off I already know all of this Lial's". "Well I don't know a thing so I need to copy down the examples or else I'll never become a Scientist!", " uggh you need a break from school genius, I can tutor you at my crib and then we can have some fun" Nathan says with a sneaky smirk, I ignored asking "what did you draw?" My eyes meet a heart with the initials "N+D=...." , "um complete the dots" I said raising an eyebrow. "That will be something I've been dreaming to happen ever since we became best friends", " which is?" I asked confused, "nevermind, here write down before you blame me for failing". I ignored but I still felt the need to know but like always Nathan says weird stuff so I let it slide, " you're weird Nathan ", " yes like always " he said with sudden hurt in his expression.....

The rest of the periods were very fast and school was finally out. I rushed out to the exit excited to see Jace, I spotted him from a distance but he wasn't alone, Kimberly was all over him, they were both laughing sneakily like they were planning something. Suddenly I felt hurt and I could feel tears flooding in my eyes but I choked them back.
I started walking home I wanted to clear my mind from all the thoughts and all that happened last night.......

On the road I plugged in my iPod and just like how I feel the right song started playing Arlissa- every time I breathe. Yesterday's scene started playing in my head and I could not hold back my tears anymore and thanks to Josla Huenos stupid weather it started raining, great my luck like always. The song started sinking in "99 good things just one bad but that ones driving me mad---every time I breathe" why does this keep happening to me,I thought only bad things happen to bad people. "I still wake up wishing I could just move on,tell myself I'm okay I did no wrong but that day comes back to me every time I breathe". The song ends as I approach my house, took me an hour to get home, suddenly something catches my attention moms car is outside, she's home early I wonder what happened. I wiped my tears and stepped in,mhhh let me see.
