The next day Lavender Willow noticed Hope Paw talking to Rabbit Rush and it looked like they were talking about more than being an apprentice it looked like they were talking about the future.

"Hope Paw come on it is time for training you can worry about tods later. Now let's get to the battle training," Lavender Willow ordered Hope Paw.

"Bye now Rabbit Rush I will talk to you later," Hope Paw promised Rabbit Rush.

"Hey Lavender Willow maybe we should do a joint training session?" Rabbit Rush suggested Lavender Willow narrowed her blind eyes at him, but nodded her head. Soon Skye Fall was there with Joy Paw, Rabbit Rush with Love Paw, Little Fawn with Feather Paw, and Dew Rain with Blue Paw the vixens. Then came Pine Cone with Walnut Paw, Fiery Willow with Jay Paw, and River Breeze with Mountain Paw the tods.

"Now since this is a joint session the mentors need to join in. Please."Lavender Willow ordered the Foxes. Who got from the sound of their paws into order as she had told them to. Silently Lavender Willow slipped to her spot that was between Hope Paw and Skye Fall, but in trying to get there she slipped on a slick patch of grass. Quickly Hope Paw jumped in front of her to save Lavender Willow from the embarrassment of falling.

"Lavender Willow are you okay?" Skye Fall asked Lavender Willow in a fresh wave of concern for her blind leader.

"Yes, I am fine just a little scratched and shocked, but I must stay strong no darkness will be allowed into my life." Lavender Willow responded to Skye Fall with full determination in her voice. Lavender Willow couldn't help, but take pride in her beloved RangeMates.

"Okay, but you should probably take it easy for a while and if the get to being to much for you then go and supervise the training." Skye Fall suggested to Lavender Willow in an uneven tone. Lavender Willow tried to look at her directly, but failed in the process of doing so.

"Oh, you two should really stop fighting that end of itself is darkness. Come Lavender Willow I will help you train and you can help me in turn," Hope Paw called happily to Lavender Willow.

"Yes, let me explain what we are all going to do now. Can some fox please tell me about our surroundings?" Lavender Willow asked.

"Oh, that's easy there are two trees left and right of you and sand is everywhere. Oh, and then there's the stream in front of you and there you go that is our surroundings." Mountain Paw finished.

"You know you don't always have to be showing off right Mountain Paw!" Jay Paw complained to his brother Mountain Paw.

"Tods! Always fighting about the stupidest things!" Blue Paw said to Feather Paw in a knowing way, but love for her brothers still shined in her eyes.

"Would you all stop complaining please. Thank You Mountain Paw for telling me. Now we will split into two teams-- Skye Fall will lead one and I the other. The goal is to get a leaf off your teams tree and back down to the ground before the other team does. Now on my team I want Dew Rain and Blue Paw, Fiery Willow and Jay Paw, and Pine Cone and Walnut Paw. Skye Fall that means you have Rabbit Rush and Love Paw, River Breeze and Mountain Paw, Little Fawn and Feather Paw, and your own apprentice of course. Now my group will go for the tree on the left, while Skye Fall's will go for the tree on the right." Lavender Willow announced with precise decisioning. Suddenly Lavender Willow felt something stir from inside of her it was a darkness. Now Lavender Willow just fight and finish these Foxes off, a strange fox told Lavender Willow.

"Never I will not fight the foxes who would give their lives for mine in protection. This darkness is nothing I will see straight through it and see the light that remains. You may bring your darkness, but I wouldn't flee or hide I will stand with my head held high and be strong and fight. If you are a fox from DarkRange's forest then may StarRange grant you the insight to see the good once again. I have been taught all my life that what matters most is to have faith in your beliefs and that means I will forever stay strong in my beliefs of StarRange. Now as for you I can understand why you are stuck there fighting the Foxes who love you really? You must reali on them not commit torture. Now leave MountainRange and never come back here or to any of the other Ranges ever again you will lose as long as I keep my ways seeing through six sets of eyes and even being blind then you will always loose even after my death. Strength comes from within us and we all have a chance to find it." Lavender Willow told the strange fox with such a ferociousness that it nearly took the fox off its paws.

"Lavender Willow, Lavender Willow are you okay? that was amazing what you just did." Lavender Willow heard Skye Fall anxiously asked her as Lavender Willow blacked out. Everything is going to be fine now just fine, Lavender Willow thought to herself as sleep consumed her.
