Life is a gift
So don't waste it they say
Life is precious
So don't take it they say
Life is to short
So don't make it shorter they say
But then why does society
Treat itself so horribly
And making people feel not pretty or fat
Because they don't look like models on TV
I just wish all of the drama and high standards would stop
Then we just pester each other so much
That we think the only option left
Is to die
