Pinkie pies heartbreak

Chapter 11

*5 months later*
Pinkie was relaxing I'm a chair back at home when she felt a strong pain hit her back to her stomach she winched at the pain there was a knock on the door still in pain she didn't answer the door a voice called out to her "Pinkie ya alright sugarcube?" Applejack asked worried and came in only to see Pinkie in pain she ran to Pinkie side "Pinkie are ya alright?" Applejack asked again Pinkie closed her eyes  "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Pinkie screamed this shocked Applejack to see her friend in much pain "Aj it's time!" Pinkie said and screamed in agony again "right lets get ya to a hospital." Applejack said "We...Don't...Have...Time!" Pinkie said as she cried out in agony again Applejack was stumped on what to do she took Pinkie upstairs to her bed and laid her down "Ahm gonna get Nurse Redheart!" Applejack said and left Pinkie just breathed a few minutes later Applejack came back with Nurse Redheart who looked at Pinkie Applejack got to her friend side and held her hoof Pinkie squeezed it hard but Applejack didn't mind "Okay Pinkie push!" Nurse Redheart said Pinkie pushed hard and cried out in agony Pinkie breathed or more like panted they were at the hospital Pinkie was in the hospital bed (they took an ambulance) "Okay Pinkie and Push!" Nurse Redheart said Pinkie pushed down letting out a scream "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
"come on Pinkie ya can do it!" Applejack encouraged her struggling friend Pinkie pushed down again harder word had got around that Pinkie was in labor everypony close to her waited for somepony to come out and tell them it was alright they could hear her screams from the waiting room

Back in the room Pinkie was sweating as she brought her last foul into the world within a few minutes all three were out two colts and a filly Pinkie was smiling with tears in her eyes "Applejack could you go see if our friends are here?" Pinkie asked Aj nodded and left

Back in the waiting room Rarity heard hoof steps and looked up and saw Applejack "Applejack!" Rarity said gaining attention from every pony else "y'all wanna see 'em Harmony I can't wait for ya to see 'em." Applejack said and lead them to Pinkie's room

There was a knock on the door as it opened to reveal Pinkie Pie holding three blankets Harmony and Pokey walked up Pokey picked up Harmony to show her to her new siblings Harmony awwed "well what are there names?" Twilight asked "his name is Butter Ball." Pinkie said pointing to the tan fur colt with a straight mane that was brown "and the next colt is Bass Cleft." Pinkie said "and the filly I named her Pearl." Pinkie said everyone smiled
