Demi was intrigued by the three girls in front of her. She found them interesting because all thought they were known as the ice queens of the school she could tell that they weren't all that cold. Looking at each girl individually Demi could tell that there was more to them and she couldn't wait to find out.

"You seem like a pretty good girl, yet you have so many tattoos. Why is that?" Dinah asked.

Demi shrugs as she played with her rings. "I love tattoos so I decided on one but it was like a domino effect because that just led me to getting more and more." She explained. Taking Demi's hands in her own Lauren studied her wrist. "Why stay strong? What does this tattoo mean to you?" She asked softly, gently running her fingers over Demi's wrist.

Demi chuckled dryly "things in my life were never easy and in order to handle them I would often take my stress out on myself. The tattoo was to cover up my scars and let me know that I'm a lot stronger than I think I am." She told her.

Dinah could relate to Demi on so many levels because from middle school to her freshman year also took her stress and anger out on herself and she had the scars to prove it. "Your tattoo is amazing. I wish I thought of it." She says. Looking down at the blonde's wrist Demi saw a scar that ran from one edge to the other on Dinah's wrist and it seemed like it was pretty deep. Looking eyes with the blonde both girls were silently telling each other that they understood each other. They now have this connection that only the two of them could possibly understand.

Normani and Lauren looked at each other because they both knew what was going through Dinah's mind right now and although they'll probably agree with her they would like to talk about this before they take things any further. Things needed to be thought through.

After lunch the girls headed back to the school just in time for their next class. "Hey would you like to come to a cookout my family's having on Saturday?" Normani asked. Demi nods "only if I can bring Ally." She bargained. Normani chuckled "deal." With that said Normani, Lauren and Dinah headed towards their class. With a small smile on her lips Demi watched as they walked away. They really were something.

"Demi I'm not really big on social gatherings." Ally said timidly.

Demi pouts "Ally, please! I promise you'll have a great time and maybe you'll make some friends." She says. Ally sighed "fine I'll go but I'm bringing my book." She said. Demi smiles "great!"

Lauren was sitting up against the wall behind the school as she thought about everything that happened today. "Someone's deep in thought." Lauren chuckles as she looked up at Normani. "What do you think of Demi?" She asked curiously.

Normani pursed her lips as she thought for a second. "Besides being extremely pretty she seems like a really cool person." She says. Lauren nodded "do you think she'll be comfortable with us?" She questions. "I think she. I mean she's already formed a connection with Dinah, so there's only a matter of time before she forms one with you and I." She said. Lauren sighs "I hope we're making the right decision." She mutters. Normani kissed her forehead "don't worry, we are."
