Hey ppl :-) New Story Update but before you read, I need to tell you this: This is the POV of Merida's little brothers (often called as the wee devils) and I can't imagine seeing only one POV of the three in the story sooo I just made it THEIR POV. Oh and they're around 4 or 5 in the story so that they can talk.

=The Wee Devils' POV=

"Hey Hamish," Hubert called his brother as he showed him a broom. "How do we use this?"

"I dunno, how would I know?" he moodily replied and Harris joined the conversation with a rug in his hand, "What is this?" Because of Hamish's impatience, he stomped away from the two and mumbled, "Why would mum make us clean the house? It's just way too unexpected! Maudie should be the one doing this."

Hubert nodded when he realized that Hamish was right, "Aye. She only makes us do things she know we can't when there's a big problem."

Harris, confused of what was happening, asked, "Problem? Why would there be a problem?"

Hamish then realized something, "When mum called us, she said there'd be a visitor! And the lass was already here awhile ago."

Harris asked, "The pretty lady?"

Hubert gave his brother a poker face, "You like someone again?"

Harris' face reddened, "NO! Let's just clean the house."

Hamish disagreed, "Nope, there's something not normal around here... Don't ye lads think it's with Merida?" The faces of the two lit up, "Aye?" Hamish continued, "Ye see, the lady was like Merida's age and our sister even talked with mum today."

Hubert face-palmed, "It's Merida's birthday."

"Aye," Hamish cut him off. "It is. But mum was all serious awhile ago... don't you find it weird?"

"Maybe about her suitors again?" Harris took a guess.

"AYE! That's it!" Hamish exclaimed as he jumped in realization. "It's her suitor-problem."

"WHAT?" Hubert and Harris at the same time asked in shock. These three never really liked the idea of Merida getting married. It's not that they're a little too overprotective or anything, but they just don't want to see their sister stopping her love for archery. They know how much Merida loves archery and they're sort of afraid to see her leaving it on the curb just because of 'some guy'.

"Hamish is right," Harris said. "I heard their conversation before and I heard that the name's... Hiccup?"

"Bro you better drink water," Hubert suggested, not fully understanding what Harris is saying.

Hamish replied, "No no no. What Harris is saying is that his name is Hiccup."

"Now who would name their son that?" Hubert asked with his eyebrow quirked.

"I dunno," Harris said. "Maybe someone weird?"

"We have GOT to help our sister," Hamish said to the two and as if on cue, Merida came running to them, which they easily found weird and abnormal. It wasn't just the fact that their sister came to them all of a sudden. It was also the fact that when she came to them, she was wearing a red casual dress that's slightly above the knee, blue flat heels and some earrings.

"Hamish, Hubert, Harris!" Merida called for them.

"Is this about Hiccup?" Hamish quirked an eyebrow and crossed his arms.

"Um... aye? But oh well that doesn't matter ye three! I'm going on a date--"

"A DATE?!" The three boys reacted as if they heard that someone was killed.

"Aye but this is important," Merida then gulped. "I need ye to check on my MU's father during our date."

"MU?!" They reacted again in shock.

"Aye but listen, I really like this guy and I don't want to lose him... at least, help me by telling me how you think his father sees me?" The wee devils looked at each other, not knowing what to say. They like seeing Merida happy, but they just don't know which is better for her; a guy or her love for archery?

"Ok fine," Hubert replied. "We'll help ye."

"Oh thank ye! Thank ye lads! A'ight, I'm gon' meet ye later downstairs and we'll all go for dinner, okay?"

"Aye," the three replied and after a second, their sister went to her room.

...

"Why did ye do that?!" Hamish angrily asked Hubert.

"Oh my gosh, I can't believe it. She's going on a date," Harris said, completely panicking.

"Look lads," Hubert tried to calm the two down. "I just said that to Merida so that we'll be able to crash the date! Get it?" The two looked at each other and quickly understood what Hubert meant.

"A'ight lads," Harris said to his brothers. "Let's call this OPERATION: KMAB. Keep-Merida-Away-from-Boys."

=Merida's POV=

"Whoo!" I was able to breathe even comfortably when the wee devils helped me. I sat down on the chair in front of my mirror and calmed myself down, "Ye can do this lass! Ye can do this! Ye can even shoot an apple in front of yeur old classmates, right? Of course ye can talk with yeur MU's dad... Oh sheesh this is gon' be harder than I thought." I closed my eyes and did a breathing exercise.

What if his dad doesn't like me?

What if he realizes that I've been dishonest all this time?

What if he starts avoiding me and I'll end up heartbroken?

What if  our families will officially end up as enemies?

What if-- STOP IT, STOP IT STOP IT!

Dang I hate it when my brain gets washed with negative thoughts... I just can't help it, ye know? This experience is just like having a stage fright. It's like the feeling when ye want to recite but ye just don't have the courage. Well, in my situation, I want to be true to myself and to him but I just don't have the courage because of second thoughts! Fudge reality.

KNOCK KNOCK

The door opened and it was just the wee devils. "Ye lads ready?" I asked and they all nodded. Well, it's all settled then.

The restaurant beside Jollibee.... The restaurant beside Jollibee.... Where the heck is it?! UUGH Too much pressure!

"Hey Merida," Hamish called and I looked down to face him. "You're hyperventilating." Woah. My bro is so advanced in education, seriously! It's such a big word!

"Aye lad well, sorry but I really have to do this," I simply said to him and continued looking for the restaurant beside Jollibee... The restau--

"Merida!" Hubert called... Oh fudge what is it, now? "Ye know ye better stop pressuring yourself too much." What the-- seriously? How good are these three in vocabulary? Hyperventilating, pressuring... Jeez these are big words!

"Nope lad, I'm okay," I then faked  a smile and still, continued looking for the restaurant beside Jollibee.. Gawd where is it?!

"Merida," Shiz, now it's Harris? Whoo, I better calm down. "If ye don't like the lad, it's okay. Just be honest.." Wait wait wait... am I thinking what I'm thinking?

"Boys? Are ye... AGAINST ME?"
