Chapter 8

SCOURGE POV

When we there I go straight to Bone.

"Where is he?" I ask with anger.

"He's in River's blue car and her car has child locks on it so that helped a lot," Bone says as we walk to her car.

"Good, when I get him home tell the clan I'll give one thing that they want with reason, got it" he nods "open the door on the count of 3" he nods again "1.......2......3"

As soon as we did Ashfur tries to run but I grab him and pull him into my chest and put my arms around him to hold him in place. He tries to break free by screaming and hitting but it doesn't work.

After a few minutes, I told them thanks and they could go home while I stayed there still holding him and still no change.

"Scourge let me go, you can't hold someone against their will," Ashfur says while screaming and still trying to get out of my grip.

"Well then If I can't then why am I doing it then, and I don't want you to die Ashfur I love you too much to let that happen," I said looking at him as I see tears running down his face "Ashfur I know you're scared but what are you scared of? Tell me so I can help, and besides, if you die I will die right after you" he gasps and looks up at me with tears still running down his face " I'd rather die if you're not alive in this world" I said looking down at him.

"I-I can't handle this Scourge when she dies I'll be alone with no one that's what I'm scared of being alone with no one that's why I want to die so I can't be a bother or useless to anyone when my mom dies" Ashfur says hiding his face in my chest stilling crying. Then I got an idea.

"Guys come here" they came to us, "guys tell Ashfur something good that has happened since we met him, he thinks he is a bother and useless," I said looking at them.

"Well we use to fight and hate each other but after you came in you helped us get along a lot better than before and thanks to that you brought us closer, we wouldn't be like if it wasn't for you so thank you," Ruby says with a smile.

"What you have done for me is turn me into a better cook than I was before and I can tell you the kids are happy about that" we all laugh, including  Ashfur but he tries to hide it "so thanks for that" Jake says with a smile.

"Ashfur you helped me with the one thing I didn't think it was possible, you got me and Scourge to stop hating each other and became close. I tried for years to get close but no luck but you did it and for that, I can't thank you enough for what you did so again thank you" Tigerstar says.

"What you did for me Ashfur is when I was having a hard time and you noticed and came to me and after a little while you made my troubles go away and I felt a lot better after that so thank you also," Socks says with a smile.

"See what you have done over time Ashfur you made us all better over time," I said as he still hides his face.

"What about you?" Ashfur asks looking at me.

"What about me?" I ask with confused looking at him.

"What did I do good to you, they told me theirs so whats yours Scourge?" Ashfur asks still a little upset with some tears, I chuckle.

"Well mine is when you said you loved me, which I didn't think it was possible for me, but when you bumped into Bone" I chuckle "I saw how sweet you were when you apologize to him my heart told me that you were the one that could unfreeze my heart and when you did I was 100% possitive that you......were the one for me and you know what"

"What?" Ashfur ask feeling a little more better.

"I love you and that you are the most inportant person to me, sorry guys" I said looking at them and they nod to show they understand "but without you I will feel alone without you and what you did won't matter if your gone do you understand now Ashfur?" I said in a sweet tone in my voice, he nods and starts crying again.

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry, thank you for being here for me all of you" Ashfur says looking at us all.

They then come and do a group hug and since I was holding Ashfur I got put in it. I didnt like them touching what was MINE but he needed it so I let it go.

After that was all over we headed home, Ashfur fell asleep on the way there so when we got home I picked him up and walked to the house and dad opened the door and walked into the house and taking him to our room. I lay him on the bed and get him undress into just his boxers and then put the covers over him, I then get undressed also then get into bed and fall asleep with my arm around him.
