Ashley's Story - A Diary

Confused

I've begun to be confused with the way my life is changing. My life's been rough, not having my father around, my mother being a waitress working overtime and night shifts. I've always had a difficult time, but recently the people around me are elevating me into a better life. It leaves me confused when I have loyal friends who will do anything for me to make me happy. It leaves me confused when my man wants to provide me with everything my heart desires. It's confusing because it's different, the struggle fades away when the people around me want it to be better. They're changing my life for the better, and it leaves me confused as to why I deserve it, and why I deserve them. I'm eternally thankful and grateful, and I hope somehow I help them some way that leaves them confused.
