The new squad Levi

It was finally the day of the expedition.

Everyone was nervous and excited at the same time.

I was readying my horse while going over the formation in my mind again.

I was in a group with four other people. Of course there was Levi, but I heard that there would be two more girls.

They had made another elite team. The name was squad Levi.

They were again, the middle group in the formation.

Mikasa, Armin, and Berthold were all the way on the right along with two others.

I thought it was good to have Armin with Mikasa, because Mikasa is strong, so Armin most likely won't get hurt.

I heard a voice from behind me. "Oi, brat. You almost finished?"

I turned to see squad Levi.

There was a girl on the left of Levi with long black hair tied up in a ponytail. She looked menacing, not what I was expecting.

Then on the left of her was a girl about her height, with blonde hair in a braid hanging over her shoulder. She looked excited to go on the expedition.

Again, not what I was expecting.

And finally, to the right of Levi there was a boy about... Maybe 18 or 19 years old, and kind of tall. He had dirty blonde hair almost down to his eyes. He looked ready.

The blonde haired girl waved at me.

As I waved back a little awkwardly, the black haired girl came up to me. "Let me introduce us." Her voice was somewhat deep. "I'm Naomi. Naomi Soldat. The other girl is Katie. And that's Shane." She pointed to the guy.

"I'm Eren Jäger."

Naomi smirked. "Nice name. Go ahead an get your horse ready, okay? We'll be waiting."

"Alright."

Levi went to his horse, which was in the stall right next to mine.

"Brat. Don't get killed."

"Hm?" I turned to him.

He didn't even look at me. "Just don't die. Got it, brat?"

"Uh... Yeah..."

"I mean it." He looked at me sternly.

"I won't. I promise."
