"This storm ain't playin."

Justin and Aaliyah sat in the door way of the store as the thunderstorm raged on.

"And my phone fuckin dead." Aaliyah groaned.
"You'll be alright wit ya big head ass."
"Shut yo fat lip ass up. Bottom lip hanging low as a bitch."
"Damn you sound like you wanna come kiss em."
"Shut yo goof ass up." Aaliyah giggled and leaned back.
He winked at her and licked his lips making her roll her eyes.
He should've just did that shit. She thought to herself.

"What yall kids still doing here? I thought y'all been dipped." Romaine, the store's owner walked up, scaring them a little.
"Hell naw you see that storm man." Justin looked up at him.

"Well while y'all here, two rules. If you gone be in here longer than ten minutes do some work."

He stared them down as they anxiously waited for the second rule.

"OK?" Aaliyah raised her brow.
"And can't nobody fuck in here but me."
"Aw come on man."

They both exchanged words of disgust as Romaine busted out laughing.

"Come on come on get y'all asses up."

                                     ***
They had restocked the shelves and Justin was in the middle of sweeping the floor as Aaliyah leaned against a fridge.

"Aaliyah you know when you move out on your own you gone be cleaning and shit right?"

"One... you seem mad, and two imma just call you. I mean you doing a decent job."

He stopped and chuckled looking over to her.

"You know you a spoiled lil lady."

"Blame Tony."

"I do, I swear I do.... When are you gonna get a boyfriend anyways? It's time for you to experience a lil or some shit so you don't be fucked up later when you old and shit." He walked over to her so they could stand face to face, towering over her.

"Aye don't say it like a nigga ain't never had nobody." She turned her head and rolled her eyes.

"I ain't mean it like that but I just don't see where you got that player ass attitude from, cause Tony dumb stuck on Tinky Tink."

"I don't know either cause that nigga hella sucka over my sis."
"Aye watch ya mouth."
"What about you since you all in my business like that's your degree." She looked up and smiled at him. Their faces almost touching.

Justin's second phone rang.

"Hello?...Bro chill... We at the store... Aw for real? Shut up nigga." He laughed.
"Ok we bout to be on our way bro you ain't hear that storm?... Awwww niggas on some other shit with me... She cool she ok."

Aaliyah pieced together that it was Tony on the phone and went back to admiring Justin's face.

"Let's go." He mouthed while winking and smiling at her.

"We outta here Rome." Aaliyah said while exiting.

"Bye kids, see y'all around."

They walked back to the spot and talked about old times.

Justin lifted open the garage and they bent down to go under it.
Sure enough Chanel was in the corner smoking and rapping with Trey and Monti.

"Bro you go tooooo brazy bro." Monti said as he passed her the blunt.
"I know I know bro and let me do yo hair folks you need to wash that shit." Her and Trey laughed obnoxiously in sync.
"Them muhfuckas dingy." Trey fell back on the wall.
"Shut y'all broke ass up!" Monti smacked his lips, side eyeing them.

"Chanel!" Aaliyah waved her over.

"Alright be right back niggas." She hopped off the counter and walked over.

"What up hoe? Y'all fucked or something?"
"Bitch." She pinched Chanel's arm.
"OW hoe." She smacked Aaliyah's hand and rubbed her arm.
"Didn't nobody fuck shit but you lil trick."
"NEVER." They both started laughing.

"Besides I know y'all ain't fuck cause I think that girl over there was waiting on him."
"What?" Aaliyah's eyebrows furrowed and she glanced at the girl.
