Happiness isn't gained it's given, by those who love and cherish you once that happiness goes, the depression sets in, the thoughts suddenly rush in, the terror of not being loved and being abandoned by those who once cared, your true self comes out all in one beat, your cold and distant eyes hold the truth, the pain you say is in the past, but looking in your eyes, it tells a different story, a story no one knows, a story you keep to yourself, of past loves and past crimes, things you don't want anyone to know, but I do, I've figured you out, all the secrets you kept, were hidden behind your eyes, when I looked in them I saw your soul, I saw your pain and it matched mine, now there's a new pain in your eyes, one I've never seen before, it's a pain that should of never been their, it's the pain of losing one who loved you completely and you let them go, it's a story of all the lies you told, not meaning to push, but doing it anyway, not knowing when to stop till they were gone, hurting them purposely, when they hurt you back, you blamed them instead of yourself, the mirror you look in, is lying straight back to you, your a devil in disguise...
