Five weeks before Jin’s b-day:

Yoongi paced around the teacher’s lounge, thinking long and hard.

“Hyung… you don’t have to think so hard about it…” Park Jimin, a dance teacher for eleventh graders only, sweatdropped while the black-haired male furrowed his brows at something in his mind.

“No, this is crucial, Jimin!! I can’t think of what to give him!” Yoongi thrashed around the room.

“Just get him clothes or something.” Jung Hoseok, a reading teacher for sixth grade and up, walked in and said. Yoongi gasped dramatically.

“NO! I gave him clothes for three years in a row when we were dating!”

“A car?”

“No, he got a new one six months ago.”

“A watch?”

“Has a collection of them.”

“Um…… a ring?”

“That’s too… bleh.”

“A vacation?”

“I don’t have the power to do that, Hobi.”

“I’ve never seen you like this, Yoongi-hyung… is this ‘Jin’ a magical creature or something?” Jimin looked over at Hoseok with a shocked expression, earning a glare from Yoongi.

“He’s just…… really special to me, alright? He’s my husband, after all!”

“Min Yoongi? Has a husband??”

“THE Min Yoongi who doesn’t teach his students???”

“Or even care about life?”

“That one?!”

“SHUT UP, YOU TWO.” Yoongi lightly punched Hoseok and Jimin in the arm and grabbed a bottle of water before sulking into a seat.

“Aww, cheer up, hyung! You’ll think of something!” Jimin stood up and patted Yoongi’s shoulder with an encouraging smile before leaving the lounge with a wave.

“Hoseok… i’m done for. He’s given me so many things that I don’t know what to give him in return…” Yoongi said with a broken tone to the orange-haired teacher across from him.

“How about a dog?” Hoseok, who was jogging all sections of his brain, suggested.

“Pardon??”

“A dog! Like, start with a simple date, then surprise him with a puppy back at your house.”

Yoongi blinked a few times before nodding. “That could work.”

“Great, ‘cause i’m out of ideas! Go get ‘em tiger!!” Hoseok winked at the male and walked out of the lounge also.

Three days before Jin’s b-day:

Jin hummed to himself as he looked over a file. The door to his office opened and in walked his personal intern, Kim Taehyung. After the twenty-four year old came Jin’s apprentice, Jeon Jungkook.
