(Updated 15/6/19 or 6/15/19) (A/n) Hey guys. It's Boo here. Hope you guys enjoyed the first chapter. I'm currently 2 chapters ahead so hopefully they will be somewhat consistent. probably one every couple of days. Also before I edited this the you was originally in Gryffindor but now I feel like with what I've written and with what my girlfriend wants (Since this is dedicated to her) that the reader is in Slytherin. I hope this is ok and I hope you enjoy the updated chapter!

The hall was filled with hundreds of people. pushing and shoving their way to get a seat next to their friends. You on the other hand were already seated, wanting nothing more then to escape the forsaken place. Why? Hermione. You couldn't bare to face her. you knew your emotions would get the best of you.

You took a deep breath.
"OK. I can get out of here. It won't be that hard. There are a lot of people." You gave yourself a pep talk as you stood up to leave.

Going against the grain of students flooding in wasn't easy but if it meant you could avoid Hermione to get a grip on your emotions that it was for the bett-

"(Y/n)! Where are you going?"

Hermione. You whirled around to see her trying to push her way through the crowd to you.

"I-I need to go to the toilet...I'll-I'll be back." You stuttered out a reply before quietly cursing yourself for stuttering.

You scurried through the crowd of people and through the looming doors and made a B-line for the stairs that lead down to the Slytherin dormitories.

~~~
"Harry, have you seen (Y/n) come back yet? She should be back by now." Hermione's worried voice broke up Ron and Harry's small conversation.
"No I haven't Hermione. You shouldn't even worry about her." Harry spoke as he turned to look at one of his best friends.
"Yeah. She's a rotten Slytherin." Ron added as he leaned forward so he could see Hermione.
"You guys are wrong about her. Just because she is a Slytherin doesn't mean she's rotten." Hermione snapped at them.
She turned to face her plate, ignoring the scoffs she got from the two beside her.
tink, tink, tink.
The hall fell silent as the last of the students scurried to get to a seat.
"welcome everyone! I hope everyone has enjoyed their holiday! First of for today I would like to..." Hermione's attention was drawn away from the kind-hearted professor to think about (Y/n).
~~~

You sat on the spiraling stairs, waiting quietly. The soft light from the torches illuminated The stone hallway.

"What are you doing down here. You could get in trouble."

You whirled around at the sudden voice.

"Draco." You breathed after realizing it was just him.

He stepped down, his robe staying on the step behind as he sat down.

"Whats bothering you? Is it the Weasley? I know he hates you." Draco said as put an arm around you.

"I... Yes and no... It's Hermione..." You replied, being honest with your answer.

"Ahhh, your little Gryffindor crush. You guys have a fallout before getting on the train?"

"She like Hermione! Holy shit!" The two jumped at the sudden shout.

"Goyle! What are you doing here? I thought I told you to stay with Crabbe in the hall!" The anger was evident in Draco's voice as he took a step forward. "And get that look off your face. I know what you're planning and I will not allow it."

"Goyle, please! Don't! Goyle-!" The raw panic in your voice showed as you stood.

But he was already off.

"I'll get him."

The both of you took off at lightening speed after their fellow Slytherin friend.
