Chapter 18 : Not a Drama

"Im Nayeon, long time no see it is" Jennie said.

"Oh hi! I'm -"

"Kim Jisoo, I know. Pleasure to meet you"

"Oh pleasure to meet you too. Jennie why didn't you tell me we we're gonna meet your friend today" Jisoo looled at Jennie.

"I didn't know." Jennie looked over to Nayeon "What are you doing here?"

"Can we have a cup of coffee first?" Nayeon offered.

"Fine"

The three then went to the nearest café and ordered coffee for each.

"Now tell" Jennie said as everyone's already settled down.

"Yeah. . . How'd you two became friends?" Jisoo asked out of nowhere.

"Friends?" Nayeon said.

"Wait. . . Is she your ex? Is she bunny?" Jisoo looked at Jennie who slowly nodded.

"Okay I swear try and steal Jennie from I will - " Then Nayeon started laughing.

"You're girlfriend's cute" She said.

"Hey, back off" Jennie warned.

"Chill, I ain't stealing any of you. I'm just here to give this to you Jennie" Said Nayeon handing Jennie a brown envelope.

"What's this?" Jennie said as she was slowly opening the envelope.

"Our divorce papers" Nayeon said. Jisoo suddenly started choking with her coffee.

"You alright?" Jennie was doing paths of circles in Jisoo's back.

"You're married?!" Jisoo said as she finalky recovered.

"Well she was, but I signed the divorce papers even if I don't have to" Nayeon said.

"Don't have to?" Jennie asked in confusion.

"We were practically minors that time and with no parent consent then our marriage is not official" Nayeon explained.

"I'll be calm about this and let the both of you explain" Jisoo said as she crossed her arms.

"Wow Jennie you hit yourself a jackpot. Nice, understanding, beautiful not to mention hot" Nayeon said.

"I know rig -" Jisoo cleared her throat. "Right, well obviously we were both underage but we managed to get married anyways. I know you became a mistress when we started dating but-"

"I was the first one who did all the cheating first with Jeongyeon. Also, Jennie cut all connections with me after our breakup. She also made me sign divorce papers but I wouldn't budge until now" Nayeon finished the explanation.

"Oh well then. Okay" Jisoo said.

"You're not angry?" Jennie asked.

"A little, cause you didn't tell me before but what good cause can my anger do?"

"You really hit a jackpot" Nayeom said.

"Yeah, I did" Jennie kissed Jisoo on the cheek. "So what made you finally sign?"

"Oh, I heard a news about you having a wonderful girlfriend now, so I lost all hope and agreed on signing" Nayeon then looked over the table behind the coupled infront of her.

"Also, I think I found someone new, does she study at your school?" Nayeon said pointing at the girl. The two looked over and nodded at her question.

"You know her name?" Nayeon continued asking.

"Yeah" Jisoo answered.

"Seriously Nayeon, don't tell me your gonna hit on a sophomore" Jennie said.

"She's a sophomore?"

"Yes Nayeon" Jisoo said.

"I'm gonna talk to her" Nayeon then walked over to the girl's table and sat across her.

"Hi" She said confidently.

"H-hi" the girl was shy.

Silence filled their atmosphere.

"I-I'm sorry but actually someone is already-" the girl was cut off by two students who came.

"Nayeon unnie?" One girl asked.

"Oh hey Dahyun and. . . Chaeyoung, right?" Nayeon said as she stood up.

"Oh yeah, good to see you again!" Chaeyoung said.

"So what are you doing here?" Dahyun asked as she put down their food.

"Can I talk to the both of you in private" Nayeon said, the two nodded their heads and went a little far from the other girl.

"You like our friend don't you?" Dahyun said.

"Yeah. How'd you guess?"

"I've known you since grade school"

"You want our help don't you?" Said Caheyoung.

"Yes, please?"

"Sure" Dahyun said, who quickly pulled the two back.

"Sorry 'bout that" Dahyun said to the girl. Dahyun gave Chaeyoung a signal to sit beside her so the two would be together.

"So I hope you don't mind my friend sitting with us today?" Dahyun said.

"Y-yeah no problem"

"I'm Im Nayeon by the way" Nayeon stretched her hand out.

"I'm Chou Tzuyu. . . Nice to meet you"

"I should say the same"

"Hey Nayeon" Jennie and Jisoo suddenly appeared. "We better get going now"

"Okay JenSoo, bye" Nayeon waved goodbye and Jennie winked at her before she left.

"Hey Tzuyu!" Said Chaeyoung. "I forgot me and Mina are gonna go play some video game, I better go now. Bye!" Chaeyoung smirked at Nayeon before running out.

"O-okay Bye!" Screamed Tzuyu.

"She and Mina really are close, you think they'd end up together?" Tzuyu looked at Dahyun.

"I think so too" Dahyun said who was looking at her phone.

"Oh would you look at that. Momo and Sana want me to practice a few dances with them" Dahyun said waving at the two before leaving.

The two were experiencing one heck of an awkward silence.

"I-I think I should go, my roommate must be worried" Said Tzuyu.

"Uhhh, let me walk you home then" Nayeon said as she too stood up.

"Not being rude Nayeon Unnie but can I trust you?" Nayeon was taken aback by the question but she just flashed a smile and nodded. "Okay then. Let's go"
