Kara's Dream Life

Mon-el kissed his fiancé and went up and grabbed him and Kara a drink. As Mon-el was up at the counter, Alex came round and sat near her sister. "So how did it happen," Alex asked

"Um well I went to freshen up and when I came out the table was set nicely and candles were lit, and when we finished eating and he was telling me how he loves, and that because I didn't give up on him when everything happened, he told me that he would never give up on us knowing that he was so lucky to have me" Kara replied now blushing.

"Well you are both lucky," Alex said hugging her sister, moving back to her seat as Mon-el came back with their drinks. Wyn quickly got a few words in "Your not, are you?" He asked

"What no" Kara replied, "Why does everyone think that?" Kara asked the all shrugged their shoulders.

The friends ended up going out for dinner of course meeting Eliza and telling her about their fabulous news.

Babies cries were heard, Kara rolled over to see Mon-el now awake. "Stay here I'll get him." Mon-el said kissing his wife on the forehead, Mon-el picked up his son, cradling him in his arms I think he wants you" Mon-el replied carefully placing him in her arms. "Hey, baby boy" Kara said giving him a kiss on the head. "How are you Benjie," she asked him as she ran her arm down his small body giving him a small tickle, making him smile. Mon-el came back to bed wrapping his arm around now his wife and kissing his son's forehead.

"I love this" Kara said looking at her now husband.

"So do I" on-el replied giving her a kiss, but was stopped but Benji's Cry.

Kara suddenly woke up, opening her eyes to see that everything was the way it was when she and Mon-el went to sleep. She looked over at her fiancé. She couldn't sleep, she slipped out of his grip walking out of their room and made her self a tea.

About an hour later Mon-el work up not feeling Kara by his side, he got up to see his fiancé laying on the couch, walking over to her. "Hey" Mon-el said brushing her hair from her face. Kara opened her eyes with a smile. "What are you doing out here?" He asked her

"I had a weird dream and then couldn't sleep, So I came out here and had a tea" Kara replied getting up.

"Bad dream," He asked

"I don't know, I guess it was good" Kara replied allowing Mon-el to sit on the couch as she cuddled up to him.

"Yeah what was it's about?" Mon-el asked putting his arm around Kara.

Kara proceeded to tell Mon-el her dream. Mon-el smiled at the dream that Kara had.

"Did you like my dream?" Kara asked Mon-el

"Yeah" Mon-el replied kissing his fiancé.

The two decided to go back to bed for the rest of the night.

The rest of the week, news got around the office at Cat co ad the bar, everyone was happy, on this particular day Mon-el and Kara were walking into the DEO and everyone was looking at them like something was wrong, they looked at each, as they walked over to Alex she looked at them and then spoke "Jhon wants to see you in the meeting room, be careful, I don't think he is very pleased with your next step in your relationship"

"It's not his to decide," Kara said as they walked into the room

"Hey, look at me, we still love each other, I still love you without a ring on it, " Mon-el said with a small laugh at the end

"I know," Kara said with a small pout mon-el gave her a small kiss on the forehead before they walked into the meeting room standing there look all boss like, arms folded and all.

"You wanted to see us?" Mon-el asked

"What are you two thinking, getting engaged, after what I said to you two yesterday, what if people are going to notice that Kara and whatever name you made for him, and Supergirl and Mon-el are the said person?" Jhon asked

"They won't, I know that we are heroes, but we have the ordinary lives that we want to live," Kara explained to J'hon

"Supergirl, as you said you were sent to the earth to be a hero not to live in a house with a white picket fence and have a family," J'hon said this made Kara feel sad. She knew that but she also knew that her own mother would want her daughter to be happy. Kara walked out of the meeting room not replying.

"Mum I know you sent me here on earth to be a hero, but I've found someone, he's special and he's like me a refugee on earth, I love him and well I wish you and dad were here but. I know you're only a hologram, but I want to tell you so badly that I'm getting married."

"From what you have told me about your mother, she would be so happy for you and would want you to do this" Mon-el said wrapping his arms around her.

"I know, I just., J'hon is right in a way, but I want my own life, I want a family now," Kara told Mon-el

"Yeah, so do I, I'm with you all the way, I want you to know that" Mon-el started, Kara knew that something else was coming.

"But?" Kara asked

"He has a point what if people figure out that we are the same person, I mean the glass may help, but I know we will figure it out when we come to it, but what happened when we chose to have children?" Mon-el asked Kara. Kara turned to look at her mother.

"Mum, is there any way a kryptonite can have children?" Kara asked

"On planet earth, if you choose to have children they will not have the same powers as you due to the yellow sun" Kara's mother spoke.

"What if I choose to have a child with another alien?" Kara asked

"I am unsure what you mean?" She said again. Kara sighed, Mon-el rubbed her shoulder

"Hey we will figure it out when the time comes," Mon-el said giving her a kiss on the cheek. Kara smiled turning to him, thanking him as well as giving me a hug.

Mon-el and Kara walked back into the center of the DEO were the team was located in the center talking about the latest alien attack.

"Supergirl, this poison ivy, sounds like she knows you quite well?" J'hon asked

"What do you mean," Kara asked trying not to think that Jhon is totally against her and Mon-el getting engage.

"Well, it sounds like she knows your identity" Jhon replied

"How?" She asked again

"We don't know, but for know Supergirl and Kara need to keep a low profile and well make sure that you come to the DEO, if anyone asks to say that you and her are friends" He told Kara "As for you Mon-el, make sure that you keep a low profile, don't let anyone see that you have and powers too" J'hon told them. "We will see what she wants, you and Mon-el sit this one out, we don't want what happened last time to happen again. Kara sighed.
