Who's Jack?

Lexie's POV

It's being three weeks since Felix and Oliver have come home with us and let you me, that it has been different and difficult, its louder then it was before, mum and dad are more focused on Felix and Olli then me, which I don't mind, but I do miss some of the attention. Mum and dads friends are coming over later this afternoon, but before they come over, mum said that Sky was able to come over to visit them, I had showed her photo's but she really just wanted to hold one of them.

"Felix looks so much like your dad," Sky said to me as they laid each of them on the floor. "I know, Oliver is definitely a Minnie me of mum, he has the dark blond hair and the bright blue eyes," I said with a smile, then went on to say "I know I'm adopted but do I look like my parents in any way?"

"You know you look like your mum except you have dark brown hair," Sky says's comforting me. "Why? is not because that you have brothers that look just like your parents?" Sky asked, me I nodded. "It will get better, but I don't think anyone cares" Sky responded "Jack will," I said looking down at my brothers as they gave us a toothless grin. Gosh, they are only three weeks old yet their personalities are going in strong.

"Jack, who is this Jack?" Dad asked as he came into the room "Nice one Sky" I said turning to Sky. She gave me a cheeky grin, knowing that I haven't told my parents about jack for almost 2 months. "Um well he is a Boy in my class and we have been talking," I said hoping that was all I had to sat but then Sky blurted the one thing I didn't want my dad and mum to know.

"He asked her out, but she didn't know if she was allowed to date, but he said that he was willing to wait" Sky explained a smile. I turned to her when she spoke again "Um I should go your family will be around soon and they probably need a sleep" Sky said putting Felix back into the makeshift bassinet in the living room, "See you are school, I'll let me self out" Sky said winking at me as she grabbed her things and walked out the door. 'What am I going to do now, I'm going to have to tell dad everything now' I thought to my self.

"Lex, who is this Jack boy?" My dad questioned me "You can tell me or your mother, either way, we will still want to meet him if he wants to take you on a date" My dad told me, my mum was asleep, so maybe telling them on at a time might be a good thing. "I put Olli back in the bassinet and proceeded to tell dad about Jack. As I was telling dad about Jack, he was looking at me funny, I didn't know why, maybe it was because I kinda liked him, but I just asked.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" I asked him.

"When your speaking about Jack, you look like your mother." He told me.

"Get him to come over for dinner maybe next week, ask your mother, and tell her about him I think she would like to know," dad told me. "Ok" I replied as I got up with my phone and went back to my room before the rest of my parent's friends came over. Unfortunately, mum's cousin Clark who is also known as Superman in Metropolis, couldn't come along with his girlfriend Louis due to Superman duties. 

Kara's POV

It's being three weeks since my boys have been born, it's being different, and hard but I am loving it so much, being a mother to two boys. The best thing is that I have my powers back. I have been itching to go back out and say hello to all the civilians, of National City and when they saw me I went down at said hi, they civilians where happy that I was back, and I can say that I am too. When I arrived home Sky had just arrived, we both said hello and a little chat before I went for a nap before all my friends came over to meet Felix and Oliver.

I woke up an hour late from a much-needed nap, and let me tell you even with my superpowers, tiredness is defiantly a thing without powers when you have babies, but I have heard that I will get used to it and into a routine of my very own. I stood at my door ahead well, I used my super hearing to see what Mon-el and Lexie were talking about and I heard a boys name, Jack. 'Oh, my daughter has her first crush' I thought to my self as I saw her walk down our corridor to her bedroom with her face glued to her phone. I walked out to see Mon-el sitting on the couch watching tv I decided to join him to see what they were talking about this boy Jack. "Hey," I said as I gave him a few kisses on his neckline.

"Hi" He replied smiling turning to me, kissing me back

"So who's this boy Jack," I asked through the kiss that was heating up. Mon-el pulled away looking at me, then replied: "That's between me and Lexie, and stop using your super hearing." I pouted which made him want to kiss me, but I decided to play with him a little. "Nah ah ah, your not gonna be able to kiss me until you decide that you can tell me about this young boy that wants to date our daughter," I said as I got up and went to see our boys, they were still sleeping.

After a few hours of spending time with Mon-el talking about how we are going, and what we should be expecting later. Later one closer to when our friends are to come over I decided to get everything ready and get ready my self. When I cam out from my shower a pair of my jeans and plain blouse. I see Lexie and Mon-el speaking, and I didn't use my super hearing this time, I see Mon-el give her a kiss on the forehead and walk towards me, as he walked passed me, he whispered. "Your turn." I smiled and walked out. I walked into the kitchen living area, where Lexie was sitting on the bench looking down at her phone. I decided to play it cool, and start to get all the bowls and trays for the food out. "So Lexie, hows school being going, it's being a while since we had a good chat?" I said as I looked at her.

"Good, um so you know how when I go to Sky's we watch this girl Emma's youtube channel?" She started and I nodded my head, "Well I was wondering and I know I used yours" She started

"You want your own makeup?" I asked taking off my glasses. My daughter nodded her head. I sighed. "Well I know you have a birthday coming up next month, maybe we can get you it then?" I questioned. She smiled and nodded her head, and before she ran off I asked the question that I think she was dreading. "Lex why you have beautiful skin already, you don't need it and I am not letting you get away with 'cause'." I said She sighed.

"There's this boy I like and he's asked me out, but I want to wear makeup because that's what he seems to like," Lexie said

"Lex, if he's asked you out, with no makeup on, I think he likes you without it on," I said

"I know, it just that everyone wears makeup, sky wears it," Lexie said

"Lex, I know this is hard but your not everyone," I told her

"I know," she said in defeat. "Hey but tell me what his name, and what he like?" I asked her. I could tell that she liked him because he faces lit up, and she looked like Alex when she said Maggie and her had their first 'sleepover'.

"His name is Jack, and well we met when we were going an assignment together for the newspaper, looking into how our school's cafeteria kitchen works," She said with a smile.

"Oh, so you are on the newspaper team, what happened to work in the kitchen?" I asked her.

"Um, I love it don't get me wrong, it just makes me its home," she told me. I nodded looking at her sympathetically. "So what else, can I see a picture?" I asked her changing the subject. She nodded her head and showed me a picture. I nodded e head in approval, "So when can we meet him?" I asked Lexie, well it's up to you, but I was thinking he could come round on Friday, and we could have dinner?" Lexie asked, "Yeah sure, but will his parents be ok with that?" I asked her.

"Yeah, they are kind of protective like you, but they will probably come and pick him up" Lexie responded

"Well, why don't they come round for dinner too?" I asked her

"We I haven't exactly met his parents either," She said to me.

"Ok well think about it, maybe we could just all meet out at a neutral place," I said and continued to get everything ready.
