Everything that Kara loved she found revolting and couldn't stand that smell or taste of which was hard for Mon-el because he loved all the food that they use to have.

They finally found a food that Kara didn't feel sick when she saw it mind you she may feel differently next week.

Kara and Mon-el returned to work with Kara full and ready to work. "Sorry, we couldn't have. Your poopoo, platter" Kara said to Mon-el

"It's ok if there is anything I can do to make it easier, let me know," Mon-el told his Fiancé giving her a kiss on the forehead pulling her into a hug.

"Thank you" Kara replied with a smile

Mon-el Stayed with Kara see what she was working on when they got a call from Lexie's school.

"It's Lexie's school," Kara said as she pulled the phone up to her ear

"Hi Principal spears, is everything ok?" Kara spoke.

"I think its best that you or your Fiancé come to the school, there had been an innocent," He told Kara

"No worries, I'm actually with him now so, we will be there soon," Kara said saving her work getting up from her desk, placing her laptop in her bag.

"That was principal spears, I have a feeling that something happened involving Lexie," Kara told mon-el walking out of the office towards their car.

The two arrived at Lexie's school walking to where they were only a few hours ago seeing Lexie sitting out of the office.

"We will deal with you later," Mon-el told his daughter as the two walked into the principal's office.

"It seems like Lexie knows Supergirl" Principal spears told Mon-el and Kara

"What?" Kara asked surprised

"She overheard some girls talking about Supergirl, and she didn't like what she overheard," Principal spears told them

"What did Lexie do?" Mon-el asked

"She punched one of her classmates, thankfully they haven't hurt just a bruised shoulder," he told them.

"So not the face?" The clarified

"No, I do suggest you take her home for the day, she can return to school tomorrow," he told them

"What were the peers were saying about Supergirl, I work at CATCO and I do all the articles on her, so I know her personally," Kara told principal

"I will let Lexie tell you," she told them as he allowed the two parents to walk out seeing Lexie. on her phone.

"I will take that, you're coming with me, your fathers working tonight," Kara told Lexie getting Lexie's bag as she followed behind her parents

Kara dropped Mon-el off to work and then went back to her work with Lexie coming in with her walking closely behind.

"Kara, Who is this" Eve asked

"This is Lexie, Mon-el and I have just adopted her," Kara said pulling her close.

"Is there anything I can get for you and her?" Eve asked

"Um no thank you, she is in a bit of trouble, so I'll only be here for another hour and a half and then I'll be heading home, are James and Lena here?" Kara explained to Eve and asking her where her boss/friend are.

"Lena is here, James is off with wyn, not sure where, would you like me to, to get her?" Eve asked.

"Yes please, I will be at my desk," Kara told Eve walking to her desk getting a chair for Lexie so she could sit at her desk and well do nothing.

As Kara started to continue her work on looking up Evelyn Rose when Lena came up to Kara's desk.

"Kara, is everything, ok?" Lena ask.

"Um yeah, this Lexie, um she, we meaning me and Mon-el were told, To take her home for the day" Kara explained

"But wasn't it her first day?" Lena asked

"Yes it was, she got into a little bit of a fight at school regarding Supergirl," Kara said looking over at Lexi

"Oh I see so are you going to take her home," Lena replied

"Yes, I am, which is what I was asking if I can leave early." Kara last hopefully

"Of course Kara," Lena replied with a smile knowing that Kara would do her work no matter what circumstances she was in.

"Thank you, Lena, I will be sure to have this article sent to you tonight," Kara told Lena a best friend and boss

"Thank you, Kara and Lexi, be good," Lena said to Lexi who was doing homework that she was given earlier today.

Lexi looked up at Lena, nodded and smile.

"Thanks, Lena," Kara said and she started to repack bag with everything she needed. "Tell James that I said hi," Kara said as Lena left her desk. Lean nodded waving goodbye

Once Kara had packed her bag she told Lexi that they were going home.

"Can we get lunch on your way home," Lexi asked.

"We need to get groceries so will go to the shops," Kara told Lexi still quite annoyed that she got in trouble on her first day of school.

Kara and Lexie arrived at the shops getting out of the car walking into the shopping center so they could get their groceries. As they walked around the grocery store Lexi kept asking if she could get things that she wanted, but since she got sent home from school on the first day Kara rejected everything she wanted, which didn't make Lexie happy at all.

When they arrived home Lexie went straight to her room while Kara unpacked the groceries.

"Lexie can you come out and help me, and we can discuss what your punishment is" Kara shouted out as she came walking out.

"Apart from my phone has being taken away from me?" Lexie asked annoyed

"Watch it, now" Kara growled as she new Lexie was getting the teenage attitude. "Now do you want to tell me what happened?" Kara asked getting them both glass of water.

"I overheard this girl saying that you wanted attention and that your a try hard and know it all, so I told her that you are not that and that she is much more" Lexie started

"And you hit her. Lexie hon with your powers my powers hitting human that isn't invincible can be dangerous, you could have really hurt her" Kara told her daughter

"Ok, I just didn't like anyone talking about you like that" Lexie told her mum

"I know that hon, but you need to make sure to keep your cool, otherwise you might show your powers and we don't want that," Kara told her

"Ok, so can I have my phone back?" Lexie asked

"No, I will keep it for the night, and you will get it back in the morning before school," Kara told Lexie

"Ok, um so can you help me with the homework I got," Lexie asked

"Sure, but I thought you were a prodigy?" Kara asked

"I am, but some of the stuff I don't understand" Lexie explained

"Ok bring it out, and maybe you could help me cook dinner since your the expert," Kara told her daughter.
