My mom and I picked up Chavin first. Then Liza. We wanted to show up on Brady's front porch but he lived in the opposite direction from the restaurant and cinema we were going to.
The restaurant we went to was called, "Golden Corral." Its an all you can eat buffet! We got a table by ourselves and got ice cream with chocolate covered strawberries. The mashed potatoes were SO good. I think I gained 90 pounds by the time we went into the movie theatre. (I'm only telling you this because Golden Corral is a real place and I strongly suggest it!!) We saw a movie called "Wonder" Liza and Chavin already saw it. I cried. Liza kept wanting us to hold hands. Chavin wanted to. I did too but I was a little nervous. My mom was upset when I told her I didn't.

Liza and I decided not to tell anyone about it. It being the double date. If we told Keefe, oh boy..... HE WOULDN'T CARE!
I only know this because while I was putting my book away so I could get ready for history class, Abby Wallace beckoned me over to her. I knew Abby had a HUGE crush on Keefe. She praised me when I told her I didn't like Keefe and I was dating Chavin. "Look," she whispered. "It's from Keefe." I looked at the note she was holding. I almost screamed. It said:
Dear Abby,
Will you be my Valentine? Yes or No.
