Horror Movie After Jitters part 2

Author POV

Yasmin, Jamie, Michelle and Nico wake up together. The manager is missing and the three graduates have not returned nor do they see any police. A knock is heard on the door and the manager walks through. He explains that he'd been woken in the middle of the night from singing but had seen nothing. They realise it is still early morning and they all get up to pack up their things, leave and wait for the police. The manager goes back out and tries to open the hotel entrance doors, finding it locked. He turns around to go tell the others but sees a shadow in the corner. He screams in terror only to find a hand on his shoulder.

"Calm down." A voice says and he turns to see Amy beside Weiss. He asks them where they've been and they both blush. He walks them back to the room where there is hugging before everyone else explains to the two what happened, enquiring to Amy about the email. Amy looks, confused, saying she didn't get an email and that she'd booked the Johnsons on the second floor.

They all hear the singing outside the door of a little girl. Two knocks are heard at the top of the door, too high for a little girl to reach. When no one moves to open the door the singing stops and footsteps can be heard walking away. A door opens and the sounds of the waves outside and seagulls can be heard. The manager's eyes widen in fear as he whispers to others that the main door had been locked. When he says this, two knocks can be heard on the door once more. Everyone goes deathly silent. "Hello?" a timid little voice asks.

No one even dares to move. Suddenly more knocks are heard before the girl is banging on the door "I said hello! I KNOW YOU'RE IN THERE! ANSWER ME!" The girl screams, her voice becoming deeper before she sounds like a man angrily roaring at the door. Michelle puts her head in her hands in fear. Weiss and Amy clinging to one another and they cover each other's mouths. Jamie grabs a pipe from off the ground and the manager just sits there in fear. "ANSWER ME!!" The voice screams once more before it is silent once again. A giggle is heard outside. "Hide and seek then." Counting can be heard as it moves further away from the door.

Everyone is now thoroughly terrified.

A groan goes up in the theatre as they realise they've just been left on a major cliff-hanger.

"Fuck them." Jellal says, pushing his seat back to it's original position.

Kagura had, expectedly, been the first to scream in the scene where the high school kids had ran out of the hall, hearing a little girl singing and the one in behind had been grabbed by a figure in black who had covered his mouth. Everyone, including Laxus, had jumped when a hand touched the manager's shoulder and everyone had screamed when the banging on the door became frantic and the girl's screams had turned deep and scratchy. One thing for sure was that just like the characters, everyone was now freaked out.

Erza POV

I ran my left hand down my face to calm my racing heart, at some point, Mirajane had clung to my other arm and i had felt every time she'd jumped. I wasn't quite certain why my heart was racing (was it the movie or Mira?) but I was freaked out none the less. The movie was totally worth it although I wish they didn't end it on a cliff-hanger.

As we walked out of the cinema in relative silence, most of us replaying the scenes in our head, Minerva finally spoke up. "I bet you it was Mack the whole time."

"That was my theory also." Jellal agreed.

Mire shook her head, letting go of my arm (had she been holding it the whole time) and sighing. "I doubt it, that would be too obvious. The only female child character turns out to be the singing little girl? I wouldn't watch that."
