Asrael

Where the hell is she? If its a simple nine to five job she should be back by now. Eh, this is as good as it gets. Living with her has been fine although he would get mad at me whenever I try to protect her. Always calling me clingy and controlling. That's because I'm her friend. And I need to show that Circe is mine. But I already know one day she'll kill me before I kill her.

Probably shouldn't be writing this down on a sheet of paper but it helps. Maybe I shouldn't kill her. But then the deal wouldn't be fulfilled. You see piece of paper, Circe made a pretty big deal out of me. Apparently I'm just a mirror of how her childhood friend is before he died. By law, I need to act all abusive and everything. Just to complete her stupid wish.

Idiotic I know. But still, the "Asrael" before me was gonna kill her too. Really there's no way out, so if someone even as much as blames me for her death, she was gonna die anyway. All creatures die. Even if its from salt, we all die kids!

Myself getting up and off the couch I decide to do one of the chores that I actually have. Cooking. I had got out all the ingredients, each one lined up including some rat poison. The water was already boiling and ready to be overseasoned. 'To much sodium!' a little voice in the back of my head exclaimed. Fine fine but it doesn't taste bland.

A light knock was heard unpon the wooden door, in a instant I had to pour rat poison in. Such a waste of perfectly good poison. Eh, life is one itself. The pink haired girl walked in, hair frazzled and everything. Even her mascara started to fade. "Asrael! Your cooking already?" I nodded to her keeping a pale gaze. Coming close to me she seemed a bit hesitant before hugging my torso. Good thing being apathetic today.

By the next half hour, a soup was made

By the next half hour, a soup was made. Not even grabbing a spoon, she grabbed the bowl and started gulping it down. Smirking, I watched it take effect. For setting it down as a first, her nose began to bleed. Wiping right under it she saw the blood on her thumb. "O-oh..."  Circe began to stutter. "Maybe I'm j-just... maybe I'm just too heated right now." Brushing it off like it was minor.

Eating it myself would have no effect. I have no organs besides well, nothing. The creature that originally attempted to harvest Circe's took the oringinal Asrael's vitals. That's one good thing about being a dead man's corpse. "Asrael.. this is a joke. Right?" I started smiling as her face got more concerned. "Right?!" The way her posture stiffened and her voice wasn't a serious tone anymore. It was too much now. All that could happen is me laughing.

Rushing away from the table, clearly feeling nauseous after that. I can hear the gut wrenching pain from my side. Going over to see how Circe is doing, "Might've overdosed it. Imma find a 'remedy' for you." It was clear there was no response from her. But after living with them, my common habits were to hurt then soothe. Let's make a change in that pattern.

Grabbing a flower from out the fridge was something that has been waiting for awhile. Hemlock. But what should I put them in. I can't go out and buy some- oh! I got it. Some tea. I put some boiling water on the stove and placing the Hemlock leaves in it.

When it was finally done, I had cleaned Circe up a bit and told her to "rest her gut.' Laying her in her bed I served the tea. Reluctantly, she took it. Gulping it down quick and fast she immediately started choking. Trying to talk to me and get my help, only two words left my mouth.

"Bye bye sweetie."

My goal was accomplished. Walking out of the front door my body started to fade into nothing. All my limbs disappearing. Taking everything and what remains to throw it all away. This continued into nothing was there.

Sitting on the tracks of a dark eternity, I just heard her distant choking. It was hilarious! I could imagine how her lips gradually started turning biolet-ish blue. But now I wait here. And here I stay. Until another dumb human decides to make a deal with a being like me,
especially a overdose demon.
