After the interview with Tiresha I sent her back to the lobby where all the other potential agents were waiting. I went upstairs to my boss office. She's the head of the department and you definitely don't wanna get on her bad side. I had recorded all the interviews and after a slight debate with her we agree Tiresha is best for the job. She doesn't have work experience but she has seen a lot more the hell then any of us and experience it hands on. Not only that she's a genius. We have another genius on the squad name Reid. He is the smartest guy I know. Not too mention she has several degrees and she's only twenty four. I didn't even have that many when I was twenty four. Anyways I went to the lobby and thanked everyone for coming. I told Tiresha the job was hers and that's when Emma the technical analysis came and approached me. She said we were needed at a crime scene, a bank robbery in progress. We don't usually deal with cases like these but the other two robberies, everyone had died. Anyways I told Tiresha to go to the head of the department for her credentials and gun and then meet us at the crime scene. The rest of the team came downstairs and we were out the door. When we got there the robbers were just getting into their car. I told Mike Screw who's a agent to stay on the car tail and the rest of us ran into the bank and looked around. It was same as the last everyone in the bank was shot in killed. Did I mention he would put the victims in a circle and shoot them off one by one. I felt my heart sink when I seen our youngest victim was a toddler. He looked like he was only one years old. I took a deep breath in and then after the crime scene was processed we headed back to the headquarters and gathered in front of the chalk board in the conference room and we started discussing the case. As we were discussing and coming up with a profile I decided to see what the new girl thinks.

Tiresha: We are dealing with someone who has knowledge about banks, so most likely our perpetrator has worked in one, also we are dealing with someone who is about six feet tall or taller and I say that because if you look at the trajectory of the shots you will see a short person would have to hold their arms upwards to get in the center of the head or downwards in the victim is shorter, also our perpetrator is probably killing because maybe he lost a family member or someone he knows in a bank robbery or maybe he really needs all this money for something, and considering all the money in the safes have never been touched this guy is not motivated by greed

Emma: If we can figure out the motive we can figure out who this son of a bitch is
