"Why did you bring me up here?" Y/N asked, turning to me, a beautiful smile on her lips.

"Y-you seemed sad, it always puts me at peace, coming up here." I cringed at my stutter, I messed with my fingers, trying to calm my nerves.

I was having a conversation with her! She was standing right in front of me.

"It's lovely up here, thank you....Yoongi, right?"

Oh...my...she knows my name! I couldn't stop the smile from appearing on my face.

"Aren't you in some of my classes?" Y/N asked, she had noticed me. I nodded my head quickly. She turned back to the view of the landscape, leaning on the rooftop edge. I stood two feet away, in the same position she was in.

"You shouldn't be sad over him." I said, her eyes instantly meeting mine.

"Oh, you know? Well I guess everyone does, it practically went viral on twitter." She sighed looking at the pink trees.

"He's an asshole." It slipped out before I could stop it, I looked over hoping she wouldn't be mad. To my surprise she looked amused.

"You think so? Me too. I wasted a lot of time, and for what? Him to cheat-" it seemed hard for her to finish the statement. "And with more that one person too."

"You're too good for him."

"You don't know me."

I do, more than anyone else. I've seen the things you smile over, cry over. I've seen you at your lowest and highest. What you love and hate. But I couldn't say that.

"I'm good at reading people." I said instead. "I can tell you're a good person. That deserves better than him." I made eye contact with her during the last part. "Someone that will treat you better. Make you feel loved, and like you're the only one in the world worth anything."

She was silent for a moment, my face reddened as I looked away. Did I really just say all that?

"You're sweet Yoongi. Maybe one day I'll find that person, I hope you do too." I heard her move, when I looked she was right in front of me. "Thank you for cheering me up." Y/N smiled leaning up and kissing my cheek before leaving the rooftop.
