Maya pov

"Jennifer!"Derek called out her name as she slammed deucalions head against the concrete she looked at him

"He doesn't know."he said

"Know what?"she asked

"What you really look like. He knows the cost of bringing kali into his pack, But he's never seen the price you paid."Derek explained

"No. No, he hasn't."she said before placing a hand over his eyes he starts screaming as she healed his eyes

"Turn to me."she said he doesn't move

"Turn to me!"she demanded he turns to hear breathing heavily she goes to deliver the final blows but she stumbled back Derek caught her

"What is this?"she asked.

"Healing him made you weak, just like healing Cora did to me. You won't have your strength for at least a few minutes."he tells her she smiles at him

"Then you do it. Kill him."she tells him

"No."he said

"What?"she asked like it was the craziest thing she's ever heard

"Like my mother used to say, I'm a predator. I don't have to be a killer."he said he then grabs her by the throat

"Let them go"he said she turns to him grabbing him and slamming him into the tank behind him repeatedly as I looked up at the sky

"Derek."he grunted as she lifts him into the air I looked up at the sky before my eyes glowed green the green mist erupted from my hands up to the sky

"what are you doing?"she asked looking back at me

"something I read in my mother's journal she learned how to speed up time by drawing energy from the sun

"You promised to help me"she said

"some promises are meant to be broken"i said before I felt a wave of energy

"You'll die"she tells me

"this is for Vienna's father and everyone else you've hurt you're just as bad as the alphas you need to be punished"i said as my voice darkened but then I felt her as I fell to my knees

"I'm so proud of you"i heard her say I stood up

"Mom"i said as the tears filled my eyes I couldn't believe I was seeing her

"let me help you"she said grabbing my hands

"don't hold back let it go"she said I nodded I looked over at Scott

"I'm sorry"i said as the tears fell down my face

"Maya don't"scott tells me

"I love you"i said before looking at my mother and closing my eyes I felt another wave hit me

"ah!"I screamed out before falling I looked over at Derek his eyes glowed as Scott rushed to me

"Your 15 minutes are up."he tells her pushing her back she throws a circle of mountain ash around her

"Like I told you, Derek, either you or the parents. Well, I guess I'll just have to take them now. In a few minutes, they'll be dead, and I won't need a lunar eclipse, even to kill a demon wolf."she tells them Scott stops he looks at me I nodded Scott steps forward and places his hands on the barrier

"You've tried this before, Scott. I don't remember you having much success."she mocks him he starts to push through his hands first as he pushed his foot through I saw it his beta eyes changed color it turned to red he was an alpha now he puts his other foot through breaking the barrier knocking her on her ass

"How did you do that?"she asked him

"I'm an alpha now. Whatever you're doing to cause this storm, make it stop, or I'll kill you myself. I don't care what it does to the color of my eyes."he said

"It won't change the color of mine, so allow me."deucalion said before slicing her throat they both turned to deucalion
