Chapter 23

i make eye context with him and give my famous smirk "is that really any of your business jack?"

Everyone in the living room looks shocked. I couldn't tell if it was how I spoke to jack or if it was the fact I was standing up for mikey but every eye was looking at me. Ben stood up and walked over to me.

"Luke, Jack just wants to know how Michaels doing and if he plans to go home anytime soon?" I look pasted my brother to see everyone in the room, a bunch of guys fill my view some I know from School and others I've just met other time.

I look back over to jack. he looks like a mess his hair is a greasy mess on the top of his head, from the bags under his eyes I assume that he hasn't slept since Michael has left. I close my eyes and start to breathe slowly "look Jack I know this is hard to hear but you hurt him" jack opens his mouth to defend himself but I cut him off "if you meant too or not, you hurt him, all of you did." They all look upset from what I just said I walk back over to the door. I have to do this just as a last little jab. "You all lost him But I have to thank you." They all looked a little confused "because now he's mine." I give then  a smile and a wink and shut the door and walked/run to the car before any of them could stop me and slowly pulled out of the driveway.

   As I pulled up to Ashton's apartment I get out and closed the door and lock it and walk up to his door, knocked and waited for ash to answer. After a couple of seconds before ash opened in the tank top, shorts and a floaty? Ashton starts to open his mouth but I hear a voice in background "Michael stop moving"

I look at Ashton strange and he gives me a little smile and a laugh and motions me to follow him. We walk into the living room and in the middle is Michael sitting in between Calum's legs and there both sitting in a baby pool with Calum legs hanging out. Michael hasn't noticed I walked into the room jet so he keeps splashing around and Calum keeps drinking his beer, holding Michael waist. Micheal shakes his hips a little every time he splashes. Calum rolls his head back and gives a little moan "Michael stop moving!"

Michael stops and turns around "I-I'm s-sorry cally" and cal gave him a smile and raffled is hair and started to look at his phone and Michael went back to splashing.

"They've really bonded." I look back over at ash and he's leaning on the side of the entrance. "It's kinda weird, it's like they've known each other since they were kids." He smiles a little as he looks at them.

I look back down to Calums hand on my baby waist. I point at them "how exactly did this" I motioned at them "happen?"

Ashton doesn't tear his eyes away from them. "To be honest I don't know. I left the room to grab the pool from the storage room to come back to the two cuddled up on the couch and Michael talking to him about some game and I figured why wreak a great thing." Ash moves himself off the wall and into the kitchen and he opens the fridge. "Do you want a beer?"

I look back over to the two still in there own world. "Ummm ya I'm not leaving for awhile." I walk over and sit at the island "hey you know who was in my living room this morning asking for mike back."

Ashton stops moving around the kitchen and turns to look at me "what did you say?"

I roll my eyes "well I pretty much told them to f-ck off and that he was mine."

Ashton slowly walks to the other side of the island and hands me the beer and starts to scratch the back of his neck. "Well I was think what if Michael came to live with me." Ashton grabs the piece of paper that's sitting on the side and puts it in front of me "it's apartment with three rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Mikey could have his own room but he would probably sleep with me, my own room and a guest, for you or cal. The only issue is that jack needs to sign off on it."

I look back up at my brown eyed friend "he's not gonna give up easy."

Ashton stares past me and walks back over to the fridge "I know."  He takes out half a bowl of yogurt and puts it beside me. "Mikey baby lunch" Michael didn't look up but he shook his head no. Ashton sighs and walks right in front of the two, they both look up at ash who's hands are on his hips "Michael you have to sit at that table and eat."

Micheal and Calum stop what there doing and look up at Ashton. Michael pouts up at him and and wraps himself around cal "no"

Ash closes his eyes and lets out a sigh "Michael go sit by Luke and eat your lunch." Micheal moves his eyes from Ashton to me. I smile at him and pat the seat beside me. Michael gets out of the pool and Ashton wraps a towel around him and he walks over and sits in the seat beside me and starts to eat his Yogurt.

I turn around a bit to see Aston sitting on the couch and Calum still in the pool. I turn back around and look at Michael "so baby I was hoping if I could steel you for the day?"  

Michael looks at me a little weird "w-why?"

I laugh a little "well, I was hoping to take you on our date today." Mikey looked at me for a minute before he shook his head yes. I look back around to see Ashton and Calum still talking, I grab Mikey's hand and pulled him towards the door. Making sure I hand my phone, wallet and keys l open the door and heard foot steps slowly waking towards the door. I quickly pull Michael to my car and got him into the passenger seat, I run around to the driver seat and buckle myself in and then Michael and start the car. I look up to see ash and Calum standing at the open door watching us pull out the drive way.

I look over at Michael once we are in the street "so baby what do you want to eat."
