What You Thought You Can Forget

Chapter 4

                                                                  Kaitlyn's POV

                      ***At the doctors***

"Kaitlyn Mensla, I am Dr.Rodriguez and this is my nurse Ms.Levile." Dr.Rodriguez walks around the room putting on gloves and the mask that covers his nose and mouth.

"Ok but how long will it take to find out if I do have an STD and what kind is it?" I said tensing up as I saw him pull out a couple needles and write on my files.

"Possibly less than a week." The doctor turns to look at me. "Look Kaitlyn, I understand that being in this position is hard for you especially being so young. But you have to understand that you chose to have sexual intercorse with someone being this young. You should know that only about 1 in 10 teens have sex  and doesn't have to face either an unwanted baby or any STDs. Just relax this nightmare will soon be lucky."

I look at the doctor wondering what just happened and felt my body relax a little but when that huge neddle made contact with my skin I felt my body tensing up which made it harder for the neddle to do its job but I couldn't relax.

After my third neddle it was time for me leave and wait for a call on my way home. But what stopped me on my way to the door was that the doctor said to me.

"Make sure that if you have to come back for treatments to come with an adult with you to sign some paperwork." 

                                                       Andrew's POV

                    *** At the resturant with Emily ***

"So why are we eating out if we have nothing to celebrate" asked Emily while drinking her soda.

She looks amazing in her tight black lace strapless dress that reaches up to her mid-thighs. She has black heels on that makes her almost eye to eye with me she's now anout three inches shorter that me. Her brown eyes shining. Stop it Andrew! I have to focus and break up with her as sincere as possible.

"Oh my gosh! Did you hear how people are saying that you and Kaitlyn hooked up. They even asked me if I was okay with it or if I even knew about it. The nerves of some people!

"Actually.." once again I was interrupted by Emily.

"Some people are starting to say that now she has an STD from you because some people think you selpt with that senior bitch."

"Emily, I'm sorry but you need to know something." I look at her and quickly avoid eye contact with her by looking at my food and shoving spagetti in my mouth.

'What do you have to say?" Emily is starting to get impatient with me so I just said it.

" I think we should call it quits because I don't feel like I like you anymore. I never loved you for real. Plus it also feels wrong that I did hook up with Kaitlyn and I'm starting to have feelings for her but we won't go out ever. You and I both desreve to be love and give loveto that certain someone but I know that you're not the one for me to truly give my heart away." I look at her eyes and find them to be tearing up but I know she understands I don't mean anything bad by it . "I'm sorry Emily."

"So that's why you took me out?? To tell me you don't love me, not even, that u don't like me no moreand that you hooked up with my best friend?"

"I'm sorry" I know that it's stupid but I honestly thought that the way I was breaking up with her was a  nice way.

"That's fine, just know one thing Andrew Cartenson, Kaitlyn is my best friend and I find out something happens to her that you caused, like a broken heart for instince, I promise you that you'll be six feet under me."

That was it Emily got up and threw her soda at me caused a scene and walked away crying but it wasn't over. Once she reached the door she looked back at me and yelled " I hate you Andrew! Go to hell!" To make matters worse she threw a breadstick at me and now everyone knows I just broke up with someone. When I thought nothing more can get worse Emily yelled  " I'm gonig to tell Kaitlyn about your cheating ways and to hope that the rumors aren't true about you and STDs you bitch!"
