Chapter 2: The Offer

10 years later......
Millennias POV
"Happy birthday!"
I woke up with a jerk to see Mom and Dad in my face.
"Mom, Dad, I'm too old for this stuff, "I groaned putting my pillow in my head.
"Go bother Falcon or something."
"They already have," Falcon said passing by my doorway.
"Well we have presents downstairs," Mom said.
"Well maybe not too old for that," I smiled hopping out of bed to join my twin brother Falcon downstairs. Our little sister, Circe, was already at the table eating her breakfast.
"How's my favorite 5 year old?" I said running her hair. She smiled.
When we got downstairs, we all sat at the table.
"So what's this big surprise you've been talking about," Falcon asked. Mom and Dad looked at each other, and then us.
"Well for your birthday, we are going to visit Endor, where your Grandma Leia and Uncle Finn, Poe, and Aunt Rose are."
"We're leaving today?" I exclaimed.
"After you eat breakfast, we have the ship ready."
I glanced at Falcon with excitement.
"Go upstairs and pack your stuff, the sooner we pack, the sooner we can leave and get there," Mom announced.
"You too," mom said to Circe. She giggled and bounced all the way to her room.

Rey's POV
As the kids sprinted up to their rooms, I looked at Ben and sighed.
"I think this will be good for the kids," Ben said.
"Me too. But there is something we need to talk about," I said going to our bedroom and Ben following me.
"I was thinking maybe we could.... move to Endor."
"Don't you like it here?" Ben asked.
"Of course Ben, its paradise, but the kids need to be around other people. We only visit your mom and my friends like once or twice a year and Poe and his wife have children Falcon and Millenias age and Finn and Rose have a son about Circes age. I miss everyone so much," I said with almost tears in my eyes.
"How about we think about it, we can stay about a month there and see what we think." Ben suggested.
"Ok."

Millenias POV
As the ship sailed through space, all i could think about was my birthday wish. I would finally ask my mom and my dad to train me as a Jedi. I know they want the Jedi to end, but I have to convince them to train me somehow. I know I'm force sensitive, and I want to know how to use it, how to control it in ways that I want it to. A lush green planet came into view as we jumped out of hyperspace.
We sailed down into a Forrest village, where a group of people awaited us when we got outside of the ship.
"Rey!" Someone shouted.
Mom smiled and ran then leaped into Uncle Finns arms.
"Finn, it's been too long!" She cried as he set her down. Poe walked over to Falcon and I.
"Wow you guys are so tall!" He said.
"Thanks," I blushed shyly. Finn and Rose came over to hug us, and of course Grandma Leias face lit up when she saw us.
"Millenia! Falcon! Circe!" She smiled. We all crowded around her.
"Oh Millenia you look so much like your mother and oh Falcon you resemble Ben so much, oh more like your grandpa Han! Circe! Look at those curls!"
After Leia was done marveling at us, we walked into the giant cabin like village. It was built among the trees and each room had an outside pathway to it. It was just like the ewok village mom had described to us.
"Alright we are going to head to the dining hall to celebrate of course the twins birthday!" Leia announced after we toured the house and put our stuff in our room. We headed down to the giant dining room and took a seat. A few more kids our age and younger sat down at the table.
"Kids of course you remember Poes daughter Nori. You might not have seen her in awhile, she's been at flight school training to be a pilot just like her dad," Rey announced.
A blonde girl sitting next to her mom who she almost looked identical to, smiled at us. Falcon couldn't get his eyes off of her. I nudged him and rolled my eyes. "
And this is Nalu," mom said motioning towards a little boy about Circes age. "Finn and Roses son."
He waved at Circe and she blushed and waved back from across the table. It looked like everyone had someone to hang out except me. My nerves twisted inside me knowing I would have to propose my Jedi question to my parents after I opened gifts. We ended up getting lots of nice things from everyone. Nori ended up offering to give Falcon a flying lesson, which I would've loved, but it seemed like she was just interested in Falcon.
"Alright your last present from us is outside," Dad said.
Falcon and I ran out the door to see a land speeder.
"Wow," Falcon and I said glancing at each other checking the speeder out.
"You can use it at home too," Mom added as Dad put his arm around her.
"Thanks mom and Dad," we said hugging them.
"Alright everyone is getting hungry, so let's hear your future wishes before we eat," mom said.
Everyone sat down around us on the couches.
"You go first Falcon," I said with my heart beating so hard, I thought everyone could hear it.
"Now that I'm 15, i want to become a ship mechanic and maybe even a pilot," Falcon announced. Everyone applauded.
"He's going to be just like his grandfather," Leia said to Mom.
"What about you Millenia?" Mom asked.
Everyone was staring at me. I took a deep breath.
"I want to become a Jedi."
Some gasped and others jaws dropped.
"Millennia we've explained this to you," Dad sighed.
"I know, but I want to be a Jedi more than anything. I want to learn how to use this power I have that you've made me lock up inside me."
"You can't learn be a Jedi, Millenia," dad said.
"You don't understand, I want to train to be a Jedi more than anything!" I said tears filling my eyes.
"I'm sorry, the Jedi have come to an end and must never return," Mom said.
I stepped back, heart dropping and tears flooding down my face. Everyone was looking at me, as if they were staring into my very soul. I couldnt deal with all of this. I had to get away. I saw a door outside in the corner of my eye. Next thing I knew, I was running into the Forrest....
