3rd August 2015,

It was the usual boring Monday morning. I woke up, got dressed and went to school. My new school was near my house. I joined it this year itself and to tell the truth, I found this school very weird. People were very nosy and rude. Most of them don't even know how to talk to teachers. I had been previously in a school with a lot of discipline and respect for everyone and adding to that I was very shy. This is what I didn't find in this school at all.

Today was my science test. As I told science was my favourite subject, I always waited for my science lectures and tests. I was lucky to get one of the best science teachers I could get to teach me this year. Her style of teaching encouraged my learning. And possibly she is the only reason I still love science. Today's test was the first test that I was going to give so I thought that I would excel it but things don't always go the way you expect them. My day today went horribly bad. I couldn't get the answers to some of the questions while the students ahead and behind me cheated and copies my answers. While I was working out the last answer all the students were done (even the one who were cheating) so our teacher decided to collect the papers. This way my test score was a 'C' grade, a grade which I hardly ever expected to receive.

This was one thing but adding to this, when we had our games period, I asked my friends to play basketball because I knew how to play that. I had the least idea that there were students who played at state level here playing with me and moreover my friends heard me saying that I was good at it. This was the last thing that I would ever say because I am not good at any sport. As the game started I got the ball a few times only to pass it back within seconds. And after the game was over, this incident was a laugh for quite a long time. And this was the 'FIRST IMPRESSION' that I put over in front of the school.

I couldn't understand how to correct their misunderstanding but things only got worsened as the incident about me being the 'complaint box' took place. After this I was just 'no-one' in the school.

I thought everyone would forget about everything that happened today and eventually I stopped thinking about this topic. And soon I forgot it. But one thing was not the same after that and that was the behaviour of my friends towards me. I had nothing to do at school from that day except to go in the library during free time and read books.

This day that I forgot was the main reason of my low popularity in the school. But one can't change what god has planned to happen. Things changed a bit in the following year....
