Stick Devils

Seeing crimson blood.

star walked with stary, as they both went to a shopping mall, still an hour behind on heir schedule. as they entered, it was as pretty as usual.  they can obviously smell the perfume coming from the shoppers, and saw the friends chatting and buying, as any normal teen would do. 

"so what should we do first star?"

"hmmm, well i think that we should see if there are any more video game consoles left."

"thats a great idea, especially after what happened last week."

LAST WEEK...

star and stary were playing on star's video game console, until it stopped working all of a sudden.

"hey, why isnt it working?"

"i think it crashed stary, lets just restart it."

"nah, i think it needs some motivation to work."

stary kicked it, and when she did, it exploded.

"sorry?"

END OF FLASHBACK

"im still sorry what happened though, i was just ambitious."

"it's fine, it can be replaceable."

but somewhere deep down in her heart, it somehow felt like she wasnt ok with it's destruction, even though she was fine with it last week. then they both went into the console store. then, a shadow with a cresent head appeared.

"hmmmm, how do i get her attention out?"

it looked around for a bit, then it had and idea.

meanwhile, star and stary were both in the console store, trying to get a new console.

"how about xbox?"

"no."

"playstation?"

"nah."

"wii u?"

"no.... wait i thought it was discontinued or somthing."

"i dont know, i just found it. how about nintendo switch?"

"ok, lets go pay for it."

soon after their payment, they soon suddenly heard a scream. they went downstairs, and to their surprise, they found a dead stick body. everybody was shocked, and scared. however, star did not feel both emotions. she felt like it was ok for some reason. suddenly, the blood turned a bit crimson, and then she wanted to freak out. she wanted to look away, but once again, she couldn't move. then, the dead body's eyes shot open, then it stared at her.

"come join us again, you are one of us after all."

"what?"

"come on, come back to the dark side. or should i say, the demon side?"

"n-no!"

the body stood up and started to walk towards her.

"you can hesitate all you want, but just know that you will have no choice."

the body put it's hand up to her cheek.

"at all."

"excuse me maam, but we need you to stand back."

she snapped back to reality, and saw the police standing in front of her. she stepped back, as the police put caution tape around the body.

"well star, at least we got the console. lets go see the other stores here!"

"im sorry maam, but the store is closed until further notice."

"well stary, at least we can drop the console off at my house, and go somewhere else."

"ok! lets go!"

star followed stary back hone, and on the way, she blinked once, and saw everything in red. she blinked again, and everything was fine. "what is happening with me?" she thought. but she knew so little about herself.
