Game Over is founded by member and leader Bang Chan and is created by members Lee Know and Han. Design and aesthetics are created by members Woojin and Jeongin.
Game Over is a non-profit organization even though it is just a cover for the things they do in the dark. With charity balls as a cover, behind the scenes the members are actually plotting against corrupted political leaders and companies.
Members of Game Over can only invite people approved by the founder and creators. People who go against orders made by the founder and creators will receive severe punishment. Punishments vary from how important the orders were. Punishments can also be called off if approved by either the founder or creators.
If outsiders were to get access to Game Over, any members of Game Over have the absolute right to handle the situation but they must report back to HQ within 3 days of finishing the matter or else they will receive either a suspension or be expelled from Game Over.
No members of Game Over are ever to be allowed to kill without reason and/or permission. If caught red-handed, the founder, creators, or anyone in the executive team are allowed to handle the situation however they like.
Lastly, please note the following that all executive members are permanent and cannot and will not be kicked out of Game Over. Executive members cannot surpass 10 members. New executive members can only be chosen by agreement by all 9 original members with a majority vote of 5 over 4. The original executive members can also uphold the agreement of not adding a 10th member.
