The ritual

I was at the noodle shop eating and enjoying myself when Zavala comes on over the comms.
Zavala: guardian we need you to go to Titan and check out some energy readings Salon and her crew are getting  and see what it is and if its hostile ,take it out.
David: ok I'll be there when I'm done here.
Ghost: I'm getting a bad feeling about this should I get a team?
David: you know I don't do teams ghost.
Ghost: right sorry David.
They went to the hangers the get the ship and headed to Titan. David put the ship on auto-pilot and went to sleep.

                          DREAM
David woke in a room of nothingness .It was pitch black, a single light shines in the center of the room standing in the light two figures faced their backs to David. He walked over and they turned around to face him they were his old team! Tom, a titan and Linzy, a warlock
Tom: Hi David
David T-Tom... Linzy... I'm-sorry.
Linzy: For what David?
David: I'm sorry for not being strong enough to save you guys I was weak.
??? : you are weak
David turns around an sees Orax. He looks back at Tom and Linzy and sees they are both dead in a pool of their own blood. David looks in horror at the lifeless body's of his friends and fell to his knees he became angry and looks at Orax.
David: I will kill you!!
David runs to Orax sword in hand but Orax brought his sword down on David and...
                        REALITY
David shoots up from his bed and head buts his ghost.
David: damn it that hurt.
Ghost:guardian are you okay I was trying to wake you for ten minutes your vital signs were through the roof!?
David: I had another dream of my old team.
Ghost: oh... I'm sorry... I'm sure their in a better place.
David: what's our ETA.
Ghost: twenty minutes.
David: good. Let's get this over with.

Twenty minutes later

Salon: the plan is simple go in and destroy this hive ritual and come back here.
David:ok let's do this.
David left to the other end of the facility. Along the way he dealt with fallen and hive here and there until they reached the entire point of the facility their were more hive than they could count.
David : well...shit
Ghost: what's the plan?
David: run and gun ghost, run and gun.
Ghost: okay let's do this.
David: you know what to do ghost.
Ghost: what song would you like this time.
David: you know which one.
Ghost: got it.

David ran in shooting all the hive that was in his path. Thralls poured out from their hiding spots an ran full speed at David. He pulls out Quick Fang and slashed all the Thralls one by one till none were left. Knights came out welding their swords and ran toward David.
David: ghost ark strider.
Ghost: done
David began to for a lightning staff and disintegrated the knights then the Acolyte came out and hid behind cover and started shooting at David. He shot some then went to another pillar and hid.
David: ghost ( gun fire) how many?
Ghost: ten and more on the way.
David: how many more?!
Ghost: fifty... What is that.
David looked at the direction ghost was looking and they saw what looked like a portal.
David: ghost scan it.
Ghost goes to scan the portal and comes back.
Ghost: I can't tell where it goes.
David looks at the exit and the hive have blocked it.
David: damn it they blocked our way out!
Ghost: it's a long shot but we can try the portal.?
David looked at ghost, the portal, and the exit and thought.
David: okay let's get to that portal.
David grabbed ghost and put him is his head and grabbed a grenade and ran to the portal. Just before he went through the portal he dropped the grenade he went through and everything went black.
