Stella: I want to just have a talk with you Kyle.
Kyle: Okay.
Stella: My name is Stella Maxwell but you can call me Doctor Maxwell.

Stella: I'm gonna run a few test. Are you Okay with that?
Kyle: Yes Doctor Maxwell.
Stella then takes out her clipboard and picks up a piece of paper and the blue pen on her desk.
Stella: Talking is slow. Yet improving on saying more than one word.
Stella then walks over to Kyle's kneecaps and rolls up his pant leg. This action scared Kyle.
Kyle: What are you doing!?
Stella: Relax I'm just testing your kneecaps.
After looking at Kyle's kneecaps, Stella walks up to Kyle's shirt and rolls up both of his sleeves to check to see if he had a suicidal attempt. While Stella was looking at his arms she sees that Kyle was wearing a diaper.
Stella: Kyle why are you wearing a diaper.
Kyle: I've been wetting my bed since the Humancentipad.
Stella: Anyway. Yesterday you screamed the name Stan while you were asleep.
Kyle: He's My Best Friend.
Stella: Was something wrong with him. You sounded very worried yesterday.
Kyle: I don't remember.
Stella: Did he betray you Kyle.
Kyle: Why would he do that?
Stella: Because Everyone who loves you does it.
Kyle: My parents betrayed me!?
Stella: No, no, no. I mean like best friends, girlfriends/boyfriends, and adoptive family members.
Kyle: I have an adoptive little brother.
Stella: Kill him.
Kyle: What!?
Stella: Just Don't tell your parents why he is dead.
Kyle walks out of therapy completely shocked. When Kyle was riding home all he could think about was weather or not he should kill Ike.

When Stan woke up he was handcuffed to a hospital bed next to the woman and Junichi who were still asleep. Stan remembered that his uncle Jimbo showed him how to unlock handcuffs without a key. Once Stan got out of the handcuffs he opened the window. Stan then began to run as fast as he could till he got to his block. He first wanted to talk to Kyle about his experiences.
