Rory said yes at her graduation to Logan's proposal. They got married the next year in a stunning high society approved wedding.

She and Logan never moved to California. Rory became the Hayden heiress and Mitchum had a heart attack leading to his early retirement and Logan to become the new CEO of HPG.

Lorelai disowned Rory because she became the Hayden heiress and married Logan. To this day she has never met her granddaughter, Logan Francine Emelia Huntzberger.

She never wanted Rory to be in the high society life. It was the main reason why she decided to be heiress to the Gilmore's.

She figured that would keep Rory out of the high society life but soon as Rory got engaged to Logan, Francine asked her to be the Hayden heiress.

Rory accepted and shocked her mom when she changed her name to Lorelai Leigh Gilmore Hayden.

She didn't even come to her only daughter's wedding because of her disapproval of Rory's choices. The mother/daughter duo haven't spoken to each other in 5 years.

Rory has now become Hayden International Export conglomerate CEO.

Francine passed away the month after Rory had her daughter, leaving everything the Hayden's owned to her.

Christopher has divorced Lorelai from her treatment of their daughter.

He and Rory have a great relationship. Little Logan aka Lo Lo is his pride and joy. He absolutely adores his granddaughter.

Emily tolerates Lorelai but Richard didn't have anything to do with her. They hadn't spoken in a little over three years before he died.

Everything else will be explained as the story goes on.
