Rory and Logan were getting dress for her business gala in Verona that she had to attend.Logan: Ace are you ready yet? We have to meet the car downstairs in 5 minutes. We have to go to the airport to get on the jet for a 45 minute flight to Verona. He yelled to his wife from the living room.
Rory: I'll be out in a minute. She yelled back.
Logan:(Of course she said that 15 minutes ago. Why in the hell does it take woman so long to get ready?)
Ten minutes later Rory walked out in a beautiful light blue gown that made her eyes even brighter. Logan was awed at how beautiful his wife looked. (Picture of the dress shown at the top.)
Logan: Ace you look mesmerizing. He stated while walking over to her.
Rory: No I don't I'm fat already. She replied looking down because she really didn't believe him.
Logan: No you're not. You can't even tell you are pregnant with triplets. He told her reassuringly.
Rory: Well I think you can but whatever let's go. It wouldn't look good for the CEO to be late. She stated grabbing her clutch bag and her husband's hand.
The couple made their way to the car and as always Frank was standing beside it to open their doors.
It took 20 minutes for them to arrive at the airport to aboard her jet.
Rory: Logan I've been thinking about what we discussed about our jobs. I think I'm going to take a page out your book and promote my vice president to president and my current president to Co CEO. I don't see me being able to be there fulltime once the triplets come. She explained to him.
Logan: I don't neither. I know I won't be able to continue working the way I am when they get here. I'm considering taking a paternity leave. I think that's a good idea. We will have to hire some part time help with the triplets though. He told her anticipating her reaction being that he knew her feelings on having a nanny.
Rory: I know but I don't like it. What if the babies call her mommy? She asked getting teary eyed at the thought of her babies calling another woman mommy.
Logan: Ace that won't happen. We will raise our own kids but realistically we are going to need some help. We are going to have 4 kids. Even if we take a step back from our companies, they are still ours. We will have to be present some of the time. Lo is taking ballet classes. She will have practices and recitals. The triplets will have doctor appointments and we can't always have all 4 kids with us at all times. He gently explained to his wife.
Rory knew he was right but she still didn't like the thought of having a nanny help raise her children.
The couple made it to the airport in record time for their flight to Verona.
Once on the plain, Rory started to fall asleep as soon as they took off.
Logan:(She has been so tired lately. I don't remember everything being this intense when she was pregnant with Logan. Maybe it's because she is carrying triplets this time.)
Logan hated to wake his wife up but they were about to land.
Logan: Hey Ace wake up baby. He said as he lightly kissed his wife's eyes, cheeks and lips.
Rory woke up and grabbed the back of his neck to get a deeper kiss.
Logan: As much as I would like to continue this, we need to get ready for landing but if you're good I may have to find a coat closet or bathroom at this party. He told her as he pulled away from the kiss wiggling his eyebrows at her.
Rory: Not going to happen Huntzberger. I'm a CEO now I can't slip away for a quickie like we did in college. She told him giggling at his suggestion.
Logan: I'm just saying, we both hate these parties. We can make it a little more interesting.
They landed and made their way to the awaiting car to take them to the party.
AN: Here's a short update. I have major writers block but I am trying my best to get updates for all stories out.
