Rory pulled up in the driveway of her Hartford house.

The same house that her mother had grown up in was now her house. Her grandmother gave it to her after her grandfather died and she decided to move to Nantucket.

Rory got out of the car and picked Lolo up who had went to sleep on the drive.

After she got her daughter in bed, she grabbed her phone to call her husband back.

Logan: I was just about to call you. It's been 35 minutes. He told her.

Rory: Hello to you husband. She sarcastically replied. I had to get your sleeping daughter out of the car and in bed before I could call you. Rory explained to him.

Logan: Ok sorry. What happened with your mom? He immediately asked her.

Rory: Promise me you won't get upset? She asked him knowing that he was going to be pissed.

Logan: Rory! I can't promise you that. What happened? He asked her again in a no nonsense tone.

Rory took a deep breath and began to tell him in detail what took place.

As soon as she was done, she was counting backwards in her mind from 5.

Before she got to 3 her husband went off.

Logan: She said what to my princess? He screamed in the phone.

Rory: Mac calm down. I told you what I said. I handled it. She was telling him trying to get him to calm down.

Logan: I can't believe that woman. I know Stars Hollow is family to you but I don't want Logan anywhere near your mom ever again. That means I don't want her in Stars Hollow. He told her.

Rory:(This is what I was scared off. I know he means well but I don't want to have to argue or fight with him everytime I want to take Lolo to the Hollow)

Rory was silent on the phone. She really didn't know what to say.

On one hand she understands why he feels that way but there was other people that cared for them in Stars Hollow, not just Lorelai.

Logan: Ace! Are you still there?

Rory: Yes I'm still here. I can't say that I'm never taking her to Stars Hollow ever again. I will say that I won't take her back there anytime soon and we will discuss it before I do take her there. She explained to her husband trying to respect his wishes but be realistic also. Okay?

Logan took a minute to really think. He knew that maybe he was going a little overboard but he hated the fact of anyone hurting his girls.

Logan: Ok! He responded back. I love you and our princess and I hate when anybody tries to hurt either of you. He told her sincerely.

Rory: I know but look I wanted to run something past you.

Logan: What's up?

Rory: I checked with my assistant and I don't have anything pressing to deal with this week. How would you like it if me and Lolo come to Milan with you? She asked him excitedly.

Logan: I would love for you both to come here. Are you sure that you won't be missing anything important? He asked her hoping she said yes.

Truth was he hated having to leave them behind to go on business trips but he understood that Rory had her own company to run.

Rory: Yes I'm sure.

Logan: When are you both coming? He asked getting more excited about the idea the more he thought about it.

Rory: The Hayden jet is on standby. We just have to pack some things and we will be there later tonight. She told him while packing some clothes and toys for her daughter.

Logan: Ok! Go ahead and do that. Call me when you get on the jet. He told her.

Rory: I will. I love you Mac.

Logan: I love you more Ace. Bye.

After hanging up with him Rory went in their walk in closet there to see what clothes she had here.

She was really hoping that she wouldn't have to stop at the house in New York before going to the airstrip to board the jet.

Rory was able to pack from the Hartford house without making a stop at the New York residence.

In the middle of her packing Lolo had woken up.

Lolo: Mommy! She called for Rory from her room after waking up and seeing the suitcases.

Rory: Hey Lolo! Guess what? She asked her daughter while pulling her on her lap.

Lolo: What mommy?

Rory: We are going to go see daddy.

Lolo: Yeah!!! We going to see daddy. Her little self danced around singing over and over.

Rory just looked at her daughter and laughed. She was truly Daddy littles girl.

Then Lolo remembered something that made her stop her dancing and singing.

Lolo: Mommy I thought you said daddy was in Itruely? She asked her mother with her father's serious face.

Rory: Italy baby. Milan. She explained to her daughter.

Lolo: Is that far mommy?

Rory: It is a little far, that's why we are taking Mommy's plane.

Lolo: We going on the big plane again like when we went to see Grammama? She asked referencing when they took the HPG jet to visit Emily.

Rory: One like it. This time we are taking Mommy's plane, that was Daddy's plane we took before.

Lolo: Wow! Can I have a plane too like you and daddy? She asked her mother after they were in the car on their way to the airstrip.

Rory looked at her daughter and chuckled.

Rory: We will see when you get older.

Rory pulled up to the Airport and immediately her personal assistant Kim and her boyfriend Brian came over to help her and Lolo with their belongings.

Rory had called Kim from the house and informed her of her plans. Kim had volunteered for them to meet Rory to help her and Lil. Logan.

Kim had worked for Rory for 4 years now. She was more than her assistant, she was like part of the family.

Lolo: Kim! She yelled as soon as she seen her, holding out her little arms for Kim to pick her up.

Kim came around and took her out of her car seat while her boyfriend grabbed the last of their bags and loading them on to a cart.

Rory gave Kim her car keys in order for her to drive it to her house and park it in their garage.

It was the main reason she was glad that Kim had volunteered to meet them.
Rory was uncomfortable parking her car in the airport parking garage.

Rory and Lolo got on the jet.Rory had  made sure her daughter had plenty of entertainment for the 10 hour flight.

She got her daughter settled with dinner and her favorite movies before she called her husband to let him know they were on their way.

Logan: Hey Ace! He said with sleep all on his voice.

Rory: Oh Mac I didn't mean to wake you up. I was just calling you to let you know we were on our way. See you in 10 hours babe.

Logan: Call me soon as you are about to land. I will have a car bring y'all here.

Rory: Ok! Go back to sleep. Love you. She said as she hung up and made herself comfortable watching Frozen with her daughter.
