CHAPTER 6

Jinxx’s pov. I walk into the room to find Andy and Alice sitting next to each other with his arm around her. I know she doesn’t want him to be doing that, it is going to take her some time. Plus he cant use his powers on her so he cant control her feelings. That would suck I can think of how hard it would be if I couldn’t read someone’s mind. The reason he cant control her feelings is because she is his love so it must be hard. I feel bad for Andy he never wants to let her go but that is all Alice wants is for him to let her go. I sighed and they looked up I said “hey” Andy said “hey” I said come on we have to teach Alice stuff.” Andy nodded and they got up and walked into the living room, we all sat down.

Jake’s pov. No one was saying anything so I started, I said “so what do you know?” Alice said “well I know the eye colour thing” I nodded it was a good start this must be overwhelming for her, it’s like learning how to walk all over again. I thought Andy would do most of the teaching but he, well he just wants to get to know her and form a relationship with her but that isn’t going to happen like that because she hates him now. I think it would be easier if I teach her myself instead of having 5 different people telling her about being well 1 of us. I said “ok well I think we should teach you as much as possible for the next to days then we will be back on the road.” I smiled and everyone else did except Alice. She looked worried and lost. I looked at Jinxx who was studying her face to see what she was thinking. I was looking at Jinxx to see if he know what she was thinking and Sandra was doing the same.

Ashley’s pov. So I was staring into space because this is weird Alice looked like she was going to burst into tears. Andy and Jinxx are staring at her Sandra and Jake are staring at Jinxx. I sighed it is hard being in a band, this tour has gotten off to a really bad start.

Jinxx’s pov. Jake opened his mouth and made Alice sad I am reading her mind and she wants out. Andy has his eyes glued to her and he is worried about her and for some reason he wants to hug her…. Jake and Sandra are bugging me to know what she was thinking, and all Andy wants is for her to change her mind about us. But he knows it is going to take some time.

Alice’s pov. I don’t want to leave I don’t want to go on the road with them. As soon as Jake said that I have had burning tears at the back of my eyes threatening to burst out. I just didn’t think we would be going so soon. Sigh I have got to get over this if I’m going to live with them I guess I am going to have to get used to this. Andy said “hey so changing subject we still have to teach you so we should go out back.” Ashley shot up from his seat and smiled and said enthusiastically “let’s go.” We all got up and walked around at the back of the bus. Andy smiled and said “ok so what do you want to know?” I shrugged and Sandra said “Andy she wouldn’t know what there is to learn.” Andy nodded and said “oh right.” Sandra rolled her eyes and said “Alice so just to make shore can you change your eye colour?” I nodded and did what I was told my eyes changed from blue to purple, Andy smiled at me for some reason. Ashley said “the best thing about being a vampire is you never die and you get cool powers.” I looked at him with a confused expression and turned to look at Andy. His smile grew bigger- I guess he found it funny. Andy said “yeah we can run very fast, super strength, fangs and lovers can send messages telepathically, Jake can turn invesible, Jinxx can read minds, i can control emotions but not yours. my mouth dropped open I didn’t think they had powers well that I have powers. Ashley said try jogging and then getting faster and faster as you go.” I was a bit worried about it and I think it was obverse because Andy said “don’t worry I will go with you.” Of course he had to, sigh I started to jog and Andy was next to me and we where slowly starting to get faster. We where now sprinting and I got fast, Andy grabbed my hand and we went so fast it felt like we where flying. I started to feel weak and Andy could tell we started to slow down. As soon as I stopped I nearly fell to the ground but Andy court me just in time. He slowly put me on the ground and said “are you ok?” He looked worried I nodded he picked me up bride style. I whispered to him “why are you carrying me?” He said “because you cant walk silly.” I don’t know why he is being so nice but it cant be good.

Andy’s pov. We got back to the bus and when everyone saw that she was in my arms they got worried. Ashley said “what’s wrong with Alice?” staring at her with sadden eyes. I said “she needs blood” Jake nodded and ran to the kitchen her fangs where hanging out. Sandra said “you can put her down now” I shook my head, then Jinxx rolled his eyes. Like I would want to let her go- stupid mind reader. I put her laying down on the couch Jake came bursting through the room with a plastic campaign cup filled with blood. He sat beside her and I kept holding onto her hand, he held out the cup for her to take it.

Alice’s pov. The blood was in front of me I could smell it, it was intoxicating, I tried so hard to find the energy to take the cup from Jake but couldn’t. Andy notice because he squeezed my hand, I used all my strength and sat up and got the cup from Jake who now had a big smile on his face. I brought the cup closer to my mouth and took a sip and let the red liquid dance in my tough. Then I took a big gulp of it, it was just that amazing. I finished the drink and felt much better and I looked over at Andy- who hasn’t let go of my hand had the biggest smile on his face. Then I realized everyone was doing the same staring at me with big smiles. I got up and said “what are you guys staring at?” Andy giggled and said “you silly” I said in confusions “why?” Sandra said “because we where worried about you” I smiled a bit and then was confused again why would they be worried? Jinxx said “because your one of us now and you couldn’t walk because you where so weak, we could have lost you.” I am now getting it, but it is kind of weird how Jinxx can read my mind. Jinxx smiled to himself and said “well I’m glad you get it.” We all laughed, I am a bit embarrass because I don’t want people know what I’m thinking. I can get over it I guess. I smiled and said “so what other powers are their?” everyone laughed, Andy said “because the last time went so well” I nodded.

That night

We all went to bed and I was sleeping with Andy again I got out my PJs and walked into the bathroom and got changed. I opened the door and Andy was next to the door and made me jump. i think things are getting better.
