CHAPTER 13

Alice’s pov. I woke up like every morning - to the sound of the coffee maker - I don’t know how Andy sleeps through it. I slowly moved towards the window and saw that we where moving and I smiled to myself. Plus it was good having the bus still while we sleep because Andy has trouble with it. I got out of the bunk with out making a sound and walked into the living area.

I didn’t notice anyone else because I ran to the coffee maker and pored myself a glass (like Cc and Jake showed me.) I turned around to see Jake staring at me with a proud and confused look in one. I said “what?” Jake said “will …. When you said you liked coffee I wasn’t worried about you running away with it and leaving us.” I couldn’t help but laugh and Jake smiled and I said “and…..” Jake said “and your using blood in your coffee” and Cc who is driving said “YEAH WHOO COOFFFFFEEEEEEE!” So everyone has to be awake now there is no way that they can sleep through that.

Sammi’s pov. I woke up to Cc yelling something about coffee, I sighed. I loosened Jinxx’s arms that are rapped around me and I pulled the curtain over to check the time. It’s 8:15am I normally get up around nine but I had a good sleep last night - because I was with Jinxx.

I’m also happy about last night it couldn’t have gone any better. Alice and I are friends now and she is so awesome, she gets me. She knows what it is like going out with a BVB member and how it can sometimes be frustrating but at the end of the day it is worth it. It just sucks if all that drama about killing vamps didn’t happen yesterday would have been perfect. But today is a new day and I have friends around me, as long as the 7 of us are still together then I have nothing to be sad about.

I got up quietly with out waking Jinxx up, I know Jake will be up and I think Cc is up. I walked into the living room and saw Jake and Alice on the couches and Cc in the drivers seat, the 3 of them are just talking. Alice heard my footsteps and turned to me and smiled I smiled back and we all said our good mornings. Alice said “where’s Jinxx?” I said “still asleep” she quickly turned to Jake and said “how is that possible?” Jake and Cc said at the same time “deep sleepers” she nodded and we continued with our conversation.

After about 20 minutes Jinxx walked into the room and we all said our good mornings. He swapped with Cc so now he is driving - some reason he enjoys driving. Then Andy came into the living area, he started to blink a lot because for once we have the blinds up. He said sounding tired “why for the love of god are those stupid curtains up?!” Cc said “well because it is sunny out” and put on the most fake innocent smile. Andy said “I can see that” he sat down next to Alice and smiled like everything is perfect.

They hugged and Alice said “morning Mr. Grumpy” and pouted it was so funny and everyone cracked up with laughter. Andy gave us all a bit of a death stare and Alice said “aw come on we are just having fun.” He nodded - I don’t know why he is in such a bad mood but it is really starting to get on my nerves!

Andy’s pov. I slowly open my eyes and see that Alice isn’t in my arms and I slightly frown. But that isn’t why I’m pissed off - it is because of those guys that wanted to kill us. I know yesterday was just a warning because they wouldn’t have just decided to give up. They are going to come back but in bigger numbers, and that scares me. I don’t want anything to happen to my family like everyone else but we cant just sit around here and wait for them to show up. Sigh.

I got up and walked into the living room to see everyone but Ashley up - he enjoys sleeping in. Ah the light! Why? I’m trying to blink fast but it isn’t helping so I said “why for the love of god are those stupid blinds up?!” We never have the blinds up in the morning so why are going to start now? Cc said “well because it is sunny out” and smiled like nothing is happening like everything is ok when it isn’t.
