Let's Start at the Beginning

"Why am I not surprised? Why does this always happen to me? Wait, where is she? What's her name? How old is she? Where was she been staying? And where have you been staying, Gio?"

"Your not surprised because a lot of things have happened that have surprised you, so your used to it. This happens to you because you are special, and you've missed out on this because of how your life has been. She is in California right now, her name is Monica, she is 19, and she's been through a lot. That's all I'm saying, and so has Giovanni." I'm impressed that Sean remembered all my questions, and in order too.

"So is Monica on her way here now?"

"Yeah, she is, Megs. But do me a favor, and make her feel welcome... I'll explain it later, but just don't say anything rude or mean, please!" Gio looked sincere when he said that, and I couldn't help but wonder what he means by "make her feel welcome".

Dr. Nifario chooses this time to walk in with my medicine.

"I'm sorry it took me this long to get your medicine, but we had a tiny issue. But it's all solved now! Okay so here is your pain medicine, and then here is your water."

I gladly accepted both, and gulped down the water. Something tasted a little weird, but oh well, I'm probably just imagining it.

When Dr. Nifario walked out of the room, I hear my phone beep. Sean, Jack, and Gio don't notice, so I reach over, and look at the text.

I know where you are. And you should know, I'm coming back for revenge.

My monitor starts beeping like crazy. Obviously my heart rate went up. Sean whips his head around, walks towards me, and grabs my phone. He reads the message, when it beeps again.

"Watch out, I'm here." Sean reads aloud.

Then right on cue, They burst through the door. But I don't see Nicolas, because I think he's the one that send the text.

I have my cast in, so I can walk, but how do I stay up? I look around for something to lean on, and defend myself. Most of them were running to me. Sean, Jack, and Gio are nowhere in sight.

That's when I spot my crutches.

I grab them, and hit a dude in the stomach, and then the back of their knees. I did that to all the people trying to attack us.

I walk out into the hallway, and I see the last person I would think would try to kill me.

"Dr. Nifario?" Then I collapsed.

I'm so sorry I haven't updated in two days... That's a lot for me! Well I did post this one yesterday, but my phones been acting stupid, and deleted over half of it. Ugh, stupid phone! Sorry if you thought the sister was going to show up in the chap. But she will in the next one, I promise. Just wanted to add that there will only be four or five chapters left, then maybe an epilogue. Can't believe it's almost over! Anyway, hope you enjoyed :)
